Matt is very rude and stupid for thinking he can yell at customers. He is so lucky I didn't take him to court! I hope he understands this. I'm telling all my family and friends about this place. I'm also looking at all the places I can leave a review. Before working with these people mark the parts on the car that needs work. Get it all documented on paper too before they do anything. I would even buy your part somewhere else and ask to see the old parts when they finish. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! I was told I needed all my brake lines replaced and they replaced 1/2 of them and charged me full price for the whole job. Matt is a SCAMMER. Don't trust these people with your vehicle. I still feel like I should take him to court for making me feel like I was the bad guy when he knew all along he scammed me. I feel like there were other unnecessary repairs he did and I just didn't catch it, but that's why I was on high alert. If you can shop around first I would suggest you do that. Matt's personality is so POOR. If you do work with these people be cautious and be willing to file a police report there in Paulding. That is the only way he will wake up and not think you're stupid.

I contacted the salesperson (Brad Davis) when the dealership opened and was upfront that we would want to negotiate in person. He was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout. When we arrived, the truck started and we were allowed to test drive it. Less than one mile into the drive, the truck lost power and began throwing warning messages. We were forced to pull over just off a busy highway in actual -10°F temperatures (not wind chill) with traffic flying by. The truck would not restart, and we were left sitting on the roadside with our hazards on in dangerous conditions. We attempted to contact the salesperson several times with no answer. We eventually reached the receptionist, who tried to transfer us to service, but no one answered. We explained that we were stranded, unsafe, and could literally see the dealership from where we were sitting. After some time, the salesperson and a service employee arrived and brought us back. The truck ultimately had to be towed back to the dealership. They suggested the diesel fuel may have gelled due to low fuel, which is plausible. Despite this, we were still willing to move forward with the purchase if the dealership was willing to work with us given the circumstances. That's when the attitude from management became the real problem. I approached the sales manager, Jesse Renollet, respectfully to discuss whether there might be any flexibility on price given that we had just been stranded in dangerous conditions after driving five hours round trip. His response was cold and dismissive: "The price is the price." No apology. No concern for safety. No acknowledgment of the situation. When I asked if the general manager was available, he said he was the general manager. I then asked about speaking with the owner. He asked, "Would you like to speak with him?" When I said yes, he turned as if he was going to call, then turned back with a sarcastic smirk and said, "Oh, I forgot, he's on his way to Florida." The interaction was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. To be clear, our salesperson was courteous and professional. This failure falls squarely on management. After everything that occurred, the dealership offered not a penny off the advertised price and even stated they would be raising the price the following week. Based on this experience, I strongly encourage others to read the reviews and take them seriously. This dealership does not value customer safety, customer service, or accountability. I will not return, and I will be sharing this experience publicly.
