From the moment I got them on the phone, they were super friendly, answered all my weirdly specific hat questions, and made me feel like I'd known them forever. I dropped by that same afternoon with my hat, and the welcome was even warmer in person, they even offered drinks and snacks. Shout out to the "hattender" (is that a thing?) for the great conversation and hat wisdom. Wish I got her name but everyone there ruled. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit.
