They have 2 kinds of mixes ( veggies with chicken ) 1 poutine, 1 salad, 1 burger and 3-4 kinds of chicken flavours. This place is awesome! We took the poutine and it tasted so good. It's more or less expensive but it's well worth it. Try it out!

You're very much getting your money's worth in that regards. When it had finally cooled down enough to eat... it was good. It didn't live up to the hype I was given before going in, but it was definitely enjoyable. The fried covering was crunchy and very tasty without it being overly oily. The coleslaw was different than what I've tasted before but after an intriguing first few bites found myself happily digging in. The biscuits were perfect: harder shell with a wonderful hot and soft interior :) I look forward to another visit to compare against this first visit.

They claim the chickens are no longer Halal method because the major arteries are no longer cut and the blood drained, which is required for being certified Halal. They claim most of their customers are Islams and they are losing them causing financial harm. The last time I was there the claim seemed to be true as I noticed the blood vessels in the dark meet were indeed full of blood and the taste had changed, not in a good way. I'm not saying it's not safe to eat as it is well cooked but I did notice the centre of the leg was all red and the taste was different from the outside. This location has a patio, a bar area with a fireplace, an upstairs area, a takeout counter and a main dining area. Those who are not familiar with St Hubert might not know how good this chain is, but for people living in Quebec or New Brunswick (maybe Ottawa too?), the chicken here is legendary. The hot chicken sandwich is my favourite, and if you get it with dark meat, the flavour is even better. The dark sauce they use is so good. They also are known to have 'Table D'Hôtes', which are all in one meals that include the main dish, desserts and soup, all for one price. They have so many varieties of dishes that it really is worth getting this meal combo. At lunch, the prices are even better, so if you're hungry at that time of day, you can get a really delicious meal for a good price. Another specialty is their Chef's choice lunch meal (le choix du Rotisseur), which is on their take out menu. You either get a leg or breast of chicken with fries, bread, coleslaw, and dipping sauce, and because you don't make the choice, the meal is less expensive than it would normally be. The desserts are worth mentioning because they are delicious. One of the best is the chocolate mousse cake or the sunday, made with hard vanilla ice cream and a choice of either fudge or sugar cream (sucre à la crème) sauce. It's probably the best thing on the menu, so I highly recommend it. The service at this particular location is very good, and the waitresses seem good natured. If I ever go back to Saint Sauveur, for whatever reason, I most likely will stop by the St Hubert restaurant there. Too bad they don't have any locations in Toronto because if they did, I'd eat there all the time. It's part of the culture of Quebec and if you don't know what to order, a good quarter chicken meal with fries is always a safe bet. Bon appétit!

In addition we forgot, but each dish also included their yummy slaw, either served creamy or vinaigrette. Prices are reasonable, portions were sufficient, service was great, ambiance was clean, contemporary perfect for all guests. In the end I was overly satisfied and FULL.
