There is one counter to order and you pay at the end of the line up when your order is complete. There are some tables inside if you want to dine in. When I got the poutine, I was surprised by the portion size. Depending on your appetite, I'd say it can be shared between 2-4 people. They have some pastries at the front counter as well. Note: There is also a back side door if you need to meet the rest of your party that is already inside - so it doesn't look like you're cutting the line! :)

The chicken was tender and juicy and was definitely different to all the poutines i've ever heard before. The staff tries their best to get through the line but it's worth the wait! First 50 customers got free chicken: spicy or regular. I was really happy to try it! Perhaps the chicken offered that day wasn't representative of what is usually offered? We tried one spicy and one regular. The spicy wasn't too spicy, so it was nice with some hot sauce. The breading was very thick and crispy and the chicken meat was quite tender and juicy, if it was there. I found that my chicken pieces were primarily just the fried outside, with very little chicken actually underneath. Thus, since there wasn't much actual chicken meat beneath the fried (though delicious) topping, I have to give it a solid 3.5. I got the fried chicken combo ($16.99) and my husband got the beef combo ($16.99). We requested no sesame seeds for our food and they accommodated by not sprinkling sesame seeds on the rice, japchae or beef, but they forgot that one of the fried chicken sauces has sesame seeds in it, so I had to give my husband that piece. We were going to share anyway, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The Fried Chicken Combo came with 3 pieces of fried chicken, each one a different flavour: original, sweet and spicy, and soy garlic. The sweet and spicy sauce has sesame seeds in it. Since I can't eat sesame seeds but can tolerate slight contamination, I didn't bring it up and just gave that piece to my husband. Although in retrospect I should have alerted them for them to be more aware for someone else who might have a more severe issue. Both combos came with japchae, rice, 2 dumplings, and coleslaw. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It was great. I liked both the original and the soy garlic. Hubby liked the sweet and spicy. The beef was tender and flavourful. And I liked that it was lean meat and not gristly. The dumplings were deep-fried and had pork and vegetables in it. The rice was nicely steamed and slightly sticky which I liked. The japchae was flavourful and had shiitake mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers and onions in it. It was little too oily for my preference, but I still enjoyed it. The combos also came with a can of soda or a bottle of water. My husband got a Coca Cola and I got a bottle of water, which I took to go to drink during my shopping adventures after lunch, since we were given tap water with our meal. Service was courteous and efficient. Lots of indoor seating with televisions playing K-pop music videos in the dining room.
