Nice Local Bakery Store with many different assorted and fun things to make your baking experience a hit. Great place for baking and cake decorating supplies. I was impressed with the event and Lori gave us some demonstration on chocolate melting and gift giving ideas for the Holiday's. We were able to sample a very small piece of caramel. The tasting was very chewable and soft. Delish. I wish we could of had a bigger piece why? because I'm greedy like that lol There were other small business owners in attendance to promote their products and give us a taste of flavors from jam, cheese, sauce you name it. When I called, Ms. Lori picked up and boy am I glad I got her! She was super helpful, patient, competent, and kind. She listened to my needs with the intent to assess them and then she offered me her timeless, tested, and tried wisdom, so that I would be set up for success to do the work myself. She ended her conversation with a rousing, " You got this" and hearing those words infused my heart with the encouragement I needed. It pays to be kind.
