Why am I discussing this beverage? Because it was in the small $8 Arnold Palmer at the State Fair, combined with a store-bought lemonade. I'm glad I didn't get the $15 watermelon Palmer. The grilled peach is a brilliant invention, expertly prepared for the second year in a row, and I'm not sure how many points should be taken off for something that isn't part of the day-to-day activities. But I don't want an $8 beverage that's 50% Gold Peak, especially from a place with farm-to-table vibes. I love being able to pick up the random things I need like a jar of local honey or peanut butter. It's also great because you can also do a real purposeful trip here and get pretty much everything you'd need from dairy products, produce, dry foods, meats, etc. They also have great seasonal produce, I've picked up pomegranates here and they have a huge pumpkin and squash collection! I think this is also a nice spot if you're looking for a gift, they've got some novelty things like stickers, mugs, and dish towels. Staff is always nice and there is no credit card minimum. COVID-19 Note: staff is always wearing a mask from what I've seen!
