They respect my time, and if I have an appointment at a certain time, I'm called back at that time. I really appreciate that, and according to the receptionist, all of the doctors are like that. - Patient! I often bring up several issues and questions, and Dr. Dixon listens to each one patiently and responds. She's very understanding, and I never feel rushed. - Easy to schedule appts! They are always available when I want an appointment. And they're flexible too. Plus they called me two days in advance to remind me about my appointments. - Freebies! They give away these hand sanitizer pens and bandwidth sets at the reception desk. - Clean and modern! The office is up-to-date and always very clean. I feel like I'm in a new office that is regularly maintained and kept up to high standards. Bad: - For pregnant women, you always want the person delivering your baby to be the doctor you've seen throughout the whole pregnancy. This is a group of doctors, so if I go into labor in the middle of the night, then it'll be whichever of the four doctors is on call that night, not necessarily mine. Also, my obgyn is on vacation the week I'm due, which means I'll probably be delivering under another doctor's care, which I don't like especially because I chose this doctor for her high caliber resume. But, that's actually very common, so it's not surprising. Overall, this place is great and I can't recommend it high enough.

The ladies in the office are nice but it took one of the nurses 4 times to get my blood and lots of brusing later. If you go, ask for the russian lady with short brown hair she is the one who knows how to draw blood, otherwise good luck. **Edited, Dr Liston helped me deal with thyroid and Hpylori problems, He truly listens cares and is the best internal med dr around! My mother went from diagnosis to hospice in 30 days because doctors here saw cancerous legions, and thought, "Oh well! Must not be a big deal!" I watched her die in pain because of this clinic, without even the option for chemotherapy. They have made changes to my mychart without talking to me, prescribed unwanted medications, enrolled me in offensive programs without consent. If you have a complaint, well too bad, because the nurses here are disrespectful and dismissive. I guess what they say about high school mean girls is true. It's just too bad these people take joy in hurting and not helping the most vulnerable. This place is rotten, from the doctors, to the nurses, to the administrative staff. My first provider retired, I saw another that treated me through multiple illnesses and injuries. Referred for therapies like PT and a fantastic chiropractor to help with a back injury. I'm now dealing with needing another surgery with the same surgeon he sent me to. It's pretty ridiculous that some complain of the wait time for new patients. I worked elsewhere, the wait times were well over 6 months for some senior staff members and education classes we provided.

She will take the time when you are face to face with her. She has wonderful follow up too. If tests need to be run, they are run. She will go over personal medical history extensively. She is extremely professional. If she has to refer you out to a specialist, she has no Issues with helping to get a second choice/opinion option also.

We have called to dispute it, written a letter, etc. Parents, if you have a kid going there for a simple ear followup appt, DO NOT LET THEM DO A HEARING TEST!!! That's what they did to us, without consent or it being necessary in any way. Do better Ridgeview! You are awful for going back on your word, now we are stuck with paying this crap bill.
