I hesitate to post this review only because I fear that it will only make it more difficult to get in with Dr Elizabeth Kennedy. But, she is a wonderful doctor. She will take the time when you are face to face with her. She has wonderful follow up too. If tests need to be run, they are run. She will go over personal medical history extensively. She is extremely professional. If she has to refer you out to a specialist, she has no Issues with helping to get a second choice/opinion option also. read more

The billing at this facility is terrible. We got a surprise bill a couple months ago for services that we were told were removed from our bill, for services done (without consent or necessity) from 2024!! We have called to dispute it, written a letter, etc. Parents, if you have a kid going there for a simple ear followup appt, DO NOT LET THEM DO A HEARING TEST!!! That's what they did to us, without consent or it being necessary in any way. Do better Ridgeview! You are awful for going back on your word, now we are stuck with paying this crap bill. read more

As another reviewer wrote, Dr Kennedy is hands down the finest dr I've had in my 73 years.... when she refers you to other dr's, you can be sure they're the best in their field. And as herself, she knows the right questions to ask to get the right diagnosis... I've been seeing her for a few years, and can tell you she has become the busiest dr. They have at this clinic. And for good reason... I use their mobile app to email her if something comes up, and she is terrific about getting back to me in a timely manner. This review is for the Covid testing center. Did the test on a Tuesday. On Friday, a lady left a message on my phone, saying she had my results, to please call back. By the time I called (5:01pm) the clinic was closed. Had to wait a whole weekend for my results which turned out to be positive. On Monday, I practically had to hunt down this person. It wasn't until 4:30 pm Monday when I finally got a hold on her. She then said: 'by now you should know your results came back positive'. Really?! I was responsible enough to quarantine home the entire time but it definitely makes you think what is really going on here and how these results are being handled. Scary! read more

Charged $300 to assess my hearing loss with nothing done... I visited for hearing loss corrective measures. After an hour of lifestyle questions and sitting inside a quiet chamber, their assessment was that I had hearing loss, and was advised to make another appointment for corrective measures. So I walked out learning nothing new, having nothing done, talked to like I was a village idiot, and was charged $300. This clinic's hearing specialist office is worthless. read more
