I am not exaggerating when I say that they treated us like family. They ended each interaction with our mom by turning to us and asking "and now is there anything we can do for you?" They gently answered questions about the death process to help us understand what was happening. The room was beautiful and spotless. There was pull-out bed and recliner in the room so we could be with mom overnight (which was good since she passed in the early hours). The lower level has small prayer room and space to relax and talk with family. I give them my highest recommendation and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I'm frankly overwhelmed just thinking about how perfect Little Hospice was for my mom's hospice…read moreexperience. She needed an extraordinary level of care and attention, and what she received here exceeded our expectations enormously. The facility is beautiful, cozy, well-appointed, and full of every comfort we could have asked for. And the round-the-clock nurses are so wise, so caring, so supernaturally attuned to the needs of those in their trust that it has honestly improved my opinion of humanity at large. I will look back on the decision to move my mom into Little Hospice as one of the most important decisions I've ever made, and absolutely one of the best. For the rest of my days I will recommend this facility to anyone in this situation, and I will stand by that recommendation no matter how much is at stake.

I am writing this review on a Lifespark community called Eagle Point Senior Living in Appleton, WI…read more My mom moved in as independent living and after less than a year moved to assisted living. We picked this place because it's beautiful and everyone working there is very nice. They have nice amenities and mom could be social and meet some nice residence. It is a very expensive place but because mom wouldn't have to move as her needs changed we thought it would be best. She lived at Eagle Point for just over 2 years on a month to month lease and my mom passed away on 4/8/2026. They had her money for rent for the month of April and level 2 assisted living. Since they did not provide care for most of April we were expecting a refund for assisted living portion and was told we would be receiving it. But they took rent out of the refund for May until the 8th. Instead of getting over a thousand back we got just over $200. Just want anyone moving there to beware of this. Also thinking she would not have to move even if she ran out of money was not true. Your put on a waiting list and if there is not a studio available you have to leave. At over $5k a month to live there paying her own way over 2 years we had that worry. CNA were very nice but they did go through a lot of new ones in the 2 years. If it weren't for Hospice care coming in addition the Eagle Point staff, mom would not have had the care she needed in her last couple months. CNA's at Eagle Point do not have a good leader and they do not have enough of them. They are over worked and frequently need to rush to another resident feeling like they couldn't provide the care they wanted to give. I know options for this type of living are not good. If we could have found a place for mom to have in house care we would have done that towards her last months.
