I need two full time jobs and this place allows me to work a full time position while working another full time job. The training was great and they seem to really care about their workers. I would choose BrightStar care any day and every day! They don't make it a big issue if you call in sick and check in on you to see how you're feeling. They scheduled and accompanied us on tours of assisted living facilities and Danelle recommended a great home health agency when the decision was made for my parents to stay at home instead of moving. There exert no pressure and occasional check-ins to see how things are going. When I do need something, the response is immediate and productive. Aging family member needs are ever-changing and Danelle and team have been super responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them.
