They are overpriced shoeboxes of "apartments." They charge rent and an "amenities fee" for parking,…read moremaintenance and an Internet and cable with Spectrum. Most normal places charging amenity fees usually have a community pool, club house and/or tennis courts, not Green Door. Maintenance should be a part of rent not an amenity.

They told us it would be a full renovation…read more We called weeks in advance and were told each time (even a week before we were meant to move in) that no one had been in to renovate. When we finally got it, a lot of things were just repainted. We were promised a new countertop for the kitchen that never arrived. In addition to this, we had issues getting a hold of management. They wouldn't respond to emails after we moved in. They were hardly ever in the office when we went over to try to talk to them and follow up on things. We also had trespassers that constantly walked through and littered our fenced in back yard. Our immediate neighbors had no regard for quiet hours (music blaring, kids screaming, loud thudding all past midnight). Overall, this neighborhood and leasing company are not good quality. Getting anyone to work on anything was always a pain. We had plenty of water damage and mold by move out. We only lived there for a year. They also claim that wifi/cable is included in rent. It is not. Not once did it appear on our itemized ledger. We paid Charter directly the entire time we lived there.

I sent management a video of water pouring out of my bathroom fan and they did nothing. I emailed…read morethem to follow up and they told me that someone would come out, but no one showed up. In the first unit I leased, I had to scrub years' worth of mold off of the bedroom window, some of which I wasn't able to remove. When I moved in, the bathtub was FILLED with cigarette ash that the "cleaning lady" somehow must have overlooked. Our AC was out for over a month during June 2023 and management took weeks to do anything about it. Our downstairs neighbors blared music 24/7 which kept everyone awake (as well as some loud adult activities), screamed at each other and presumably a video game so loud I could clearly hear what they were saying through the FLOOR, and whose unit (that I had to smell when I got the mail) reeked of weed on a whole new level. College kids partying at night (again, with the weed mixed with cigar smoke this time), dog poop everywhere, all year around, my unit not passing inspection right after we tried to move in, cabinets that wouldn't close, units in the ground with only one escape which is against code, mold on every surface, 10 years of cigarette smoke scum in my unit, a LITERAL SHOOTING less than 300 feet from where I was sleeping, water pooling and leaking directly under the linoleum floor from a busted AC unit, no building numbers, an "air filter" that looked like a cheesecloth, a "dog park" that had almost no grass whatsoever, I could go ON AND ON. This place was INSANE for $900 for 600 sq ft and $1000 for 800 sq feet. None of these apartment units are ADA compliant, as all have to be accessed by stairs. There's no bottom floor because the lower level is sunken below the ground, so even on the lower level you have to go downstairs. You'd be better off at literally any other apartment complex.

They evicted us for being 3 months behind on rent after losing work and being sick it was a very hard time. They would sit in our driveway waiting for us to get home. someone was walking around OUR gated backyard at night trying to look in the windows. They expected a woman who is home alone to open the door for a complete stranger that is aggressively banging on the door. They never sent an email saying they were trying to get ahold of us, and they never gave a proper eviction notice we were never told how many days or when we needed to be out by. The man that showed us our unit and gave us the tour was nice enough but seemed he had no idea what he was talking about and basically said that anything wrong with the house at the time of showing would not be fixed by bellville eagle realty because they are just the bridge company. THE DAY OF MOVE IN there was an issue which prevented us from being able to move in until the next day. we didn't get any type of reimbursement for that or having to find somewhere to sleep while it was being fixed. They have so many white men working there that i had no idea who was banging on my door or walking around my property while i'm home alone. One of the men came to our unit about two weeks after moving in, i was pregnant at the time and he walked up to give us a piece of paper blew his cigarette smoke right in my face basically throwing the paper at me then speeds off in his car. They are just rude people who do not care about you or your situation unless it's gonna make them more money!
