I decided to try this pt place because of their pool. On my initial evaluation with Eddie I…read morethought he would do a strength evaluation, mobility, etc. he had me try to do a sit up ( I have 3 levels fused in my spine and 3 months post surgical). Since I have no mobility in my lower spine I obviously can't do a sit up. He looked at my fist and measured my scar. That's it. He skimmed through my paperwork criticizing me because I had too much "pain areas" circled on the paperwork. I felt rushed, he didn't hear anything I was saying therefore had no idea what physical therapy treatment to give me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he had a bad day. I went for my second visit and that's when I realized this place wasn't for me. He's very cold, unsympathetic, no empathy, not very knowledgeable when it comes to patients that had a very involved surgery. I can barely. Lift my right leg 6 inches off the ground. He put me in front of a step master and told me to do 5 minutes on that. I said Maybe I'm the future but now I can't lift my leg. His receptionist and himself had a really bad attitude. I definitely would never step foot back in there again nor would I recommend him to my worst enemy.

I have basically been wasting my time going anywhere else. First of all this is the friendliest most professional bunch I have ever met. They are polite in the phone, accommodating and very welcoming. They painstakingly comb through every detail of your situation to try and find the best way to treat you. Another thing is that the level of knowledge seems to be superior to other places I have been, I am so not kidding. As long as I need treatment I will continue to exclusively use this place for physical therapy. I highly recommend at least getting a consultation with them if you need it and are in pain. I can pretty much guarantee this place will stand out when looking for physical therapists that will actually help. Great job guys seriously.

Physical Therapy is fairly new to me. I have been dealing with lower back pain, calf, ankle,…read moreheel pain. 2 years plus. I have seen All kinds of specialists, ordering, MRI's, X-rays, Scans, electromyographs, spinal puncture, ( I will never do that again). Certainly all kinds of medications handed out with no diagnosis. If I took all that was handed to me, I'd be crawling to rehab by now. Not my thing. I did cave and had a orthopedic podiatrist talk me into a cortisone shot in one of my ankles to see if it would help with the discomfort. Let's just say, I' ll never do that again either. And, I was feeling really hopeful. But that shot actually made my discomfort worse for a few weeks. That doctor told me I have Tarcel Tunnel, That's like Carpel Tunnel only it's in your feet. I am 62 years old and in great heath, other than this nagging pain and discomfort in my lower end. In the Hunt for what's wrong, We get this Covid Crap thrown in upon us, and I'm feeling really hopeless about ever feeling normal. My life has changed drastically and it's very unsettling. I saw an orthopedic spinal doctor who actually went back to Australia. Before he left he saw me, examined me, and said I have two issues going on. Something with the feet, and something separate with my lower back. So, not to keep this going. He suggested going to Physical Therapy. There are so many places. How to choose when your new at this . Of course you want it covered under your insurance plan. But, you also want to choose a place that knows what their doing. Bottom line. Coverage, and knowing their craft. The rest is a bonus. Bedside manor, facility, the assistance, all bonuses in my eyes. Your going because you have an issue, and you want whom ever Is going to help you with that issue to be knowledgeable and succeed in the end result which is your wellness, in this case, My wellness. I decided to start with a call, and Since I didn't know anyone who could refer me to a physical therapist office, I would decide whom I was going to try out by how courteous, and professional the receptionist was. A plus with that call. The young Ladies in this office are all intelligent, respectful, and attentive to the needs of the patient. Who Doesent love that? hard to find in this day an age. As for Adi? The Physical Therapist? Their are Two, Michael is the other. I see Adi, they are both so nice. I hear Michael with his patients, not that I'm ease dropping, but if ya laying there and someone's talking, ya can't help but listen. So the conversations lead me to believe, it's all good, even though I have not worked with Michael before, if I had to, I would be absolutely fine with it. As I said before, I see Adi, and I have been able to stick with his schedule since I started therapy. Adi, is very knowledgeable. He changes things up, he's respectful, very pleasant, gentle and kind. He, wants to fix your broken parts. If your looking for a physical therapist, and you live in the area, I would not pass this place up. It's hard to navigate your way into a place when you have no type of recommendation, especially these days. These guys here , make you forget the mess that's going on out there. Focusing on you and your issue. Good Guys!
