I've seen both Holly and Melissa and they are both super clear and helpful in helping you get the knowledge you need to heal. I spent more time with Holly, but both explained to me what was happening muscle wise in easy to understand ways. They provided treatment to me before and after knee surgery and were instrumental in my recovery. I recommend these two therapists for the knowledge and true desire to help, and I recommend this office for their professionalism and being efficiently managed.

Being a senior who over the years had been disheartened with every place I went to for PT, Strive…read morewas the very first place where I felt I was thoroughly examined for my capabilities at that time, listened to, and given what I needed both physically and mentally. I had worked out since I was a teen to manage chronic pain, fibromyalgia, muscle spasms and nerve damage. I was told after a long and extensive open abdominal surgery, that I should never exercise again for the rest of my life, except for walking or risk an abdominal hernia. Thankfully my PCP gave me a script for PT and I made an appointment with Strive after explaining my history and questioning them if they could help design a safe workout for me. I am so grateful to Strive and especially Ryan Ackerman who also took the time to reach out to my surgeon's office. Ryan addressed every question and concern I had and he gave me the workout I needed to bring back my energy, improve my sleep and most of all the exercises to bring down my pain levels and manage it again without the need to increase pain medications which has always been a fear of mine that that could happen. Thank you Ryan Ackerman and Strive! I am so grateful!

I used the service for a preop physical. On the first visit I was charged $260. The second visit I…read morewas charged $180 with the same service. When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. I just feel as though patients shouldn't leave the room feeling that any questions were left unanswered, let alone none at all.
