Between the sun, salty air, long days, and maybe not enough water, I was beyond dehydrated. Ended up getting an IV hydration treatment and it was a total game changer. If you're planning a cruise (especially your first), do yourself a favor: hydrate, hydrate, hydrate -- and don't hesitate to get an IV boost if you need it when you get back.

I decided to call Lyte Guards because I was heading on a bachelor party and figured a bit or "preventative maintenance" may be a good idea. It was... Lyte Guards was much more than I could have hoped to find. The owner was friendly and unbelievably easy to talk to. When accessing what I was looking for, I didn't feel as though I was being upsold or talked into anything other than what I describing to her I wanted. There was a genuine feel she was listening to what I was needing and doing her best to help accordingly. The ambiance of the studio was peaceful and relaxing. They have pillows and blankets to allow you to make yourself as comfortable as you'd like. I have seen (and tried) IVs in other areas and felt the IV treatments at Lyte G were very well priced. I personally went with a B12 boost with a few other vitamins but saw they have things for stress, anxiety, dehydration, headaches, you name it. All-in I was there for about 45 minutes getting "the juice." Next time you're feeling a cold coming on, feeling stressed, or get the verrry uncommon hangover like myself, you should give Lyte Guards a try. They are a true 5 star place in my book.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, seen, and supported. The space is calming, clean, and intentionally designed to promote healing--from the ambiance to the personalized care. Joel Williams, the owner and practitioner, is truly gifted. His knowledge of holistic health is both deep and intuitive, and he takes the time to explain each treatment with clarity and care.
