Of course it is nearly impossible for 4…read moreor 5 staffers to keep up with a swarm of children who can destroy a store the size of a small country in under 5 minutes but the staff here do a pretty good job. The pizza and food is a bit on the pricey side but nowhere near as expensive as the bowling alley where my daughter had her last birthday party. When you enter Chuck E Cheese, they stamp you and your children's forearms with invisible ink numbers to ensure a match when you leave. (Pretty smart cookies to not wash away the numbers). The highlight of the visit is always when Chuck E comes out and gives hugs & hi-5's before doing a parade and dance ending in free tickets being thrown into the air for the chitlins to collect. Inevitably, there will always be broken games & jammed machines but staff are always available to quickly refund your token and fix it whenever possible (secret service style talking to each other on their little microphones). The live action video recording blue screen area by the back stage is always a hit with my kiddos. My daughter likes to dance like crazy on the blue screen and it's free! They also have a climbing structure but trouble is you have to be pretty adept at climbing to make it up to the crawling tubes so my newly two year old hasn't gotten to experience that aspect yet. There are several rides where one token is good for two kids. There are games here challenging for any adult to master and easy enough for a two year old to have fun. I do think they hit the nail on the head by making every game and ride exactly 1 token! Tokens are 3 for a $1 or with coupons you can score 100 for $25. We've frequented this location dozens of times over the past 5 years and keep coming back. Are there things I would improve? Of course there are. But you do get pretty good bang for your buck here and the kiddos really do have fun. I think I've gotten to know you well enough that we should be on a first name basis now, Chuck. Until later Chuck, Kristin

This place is good to have a bonding time with your kids play, take a break and snack, talk and go back again for some more fun. I notice other groups having booking and cookie cake, pizza, etc. They seem to have a good time while kids are playing around. KIds love this place. I would say kids until 6-7 y/o

Actually, we've been coming here for years and years. However, today we saw something different…read more The place is still staffed by teenagers, some surly, some sweet. This time, the Outtakes Cafe was open for once. This is the first time we had a chance to try it. The troll got chili poutine, and I had nachos. The kid behind the counter warned me that their nachos weren't like the regular theaters nachos. I did know they came with sour cream and guacamole...right? Um...yeah. That's why I ordered it. He made it sound like a bad thing. The poutine was apparently tasty, but not very hot. I actually really liked my nachos, even though the cheese sauce lacked flavor, the generous puddles of sour cream and guacamole made up for it. Theater prices, but you can use your Scene card. Also, we saw the latest Star Trek movie, with the Panoramic view. I think this is a brand new thing--new for us anyway. The movie has a couple of extra screens on the sides for a little bit of extra footage. They tack on a bit more admission for this, but I used some points on my Scene card to cushion that. The troll and I are in agreement. The panoramic view made some scenes really cool, but were completely unnecessary in others. Made for some impressive battle scenes, a cooler space station, and flashy credits. We also agree that the Panoramic view would have MUCH more impressive if it didn't have corners. The images don't meld together. They could be jarring at times. Oh well...new technology and it will most likely improve over time. Loved the Star Trek movie, but I'm not sure i'd pay extra to see this one or any others with the three screen view.

Nice place with pleasant staff and a burger/fries type fast food outlet and the usual popcorn/drink deals. Large games room. I saw the new 2016 Star Trek film with the panoramic screen system. One in the front and continuations on the left and on the right on separate screens. Pretty sweet . Sound was nice and loud and excellent. The film itself is probably the third best of the Trek films .They really nailed it this time. Going back tomorrow afternoon to see the new Blair Witch in some other new AVX format or something.
