My tenants brought this to our attention on a Friday evening and I left messages with multiple places that night. Stan's got back to me on Sunday with a Monday appointment. The service charge was around $85-$90 (honestly can't remember with all the calls I made). They came out and did some troubleshooting to see if that worked before replacing a part. They could've easily said I needed a new water valve since I don't live in state, but they didn't. Then they called my tenant every 2 days for a week to make sure the repair was holding up. I have had so issues with companies that I have recently hired for things on our rental, so it was so nice knowing that this was handled past my expectations. The quote to do the repair was higher than I expected, but I'm sure it's in line with industry standards. Stan's will be my first call for appliance repair if ever needed.
