We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well.. I went with cable wires for the railings too and it gives the porches a real nice open look. I would highly recommend SGC for your project in the Gila County area! The men who did our roof wwere Hugo and Ruben, who arrived on time and presented well, dressed in clean Tru Built shirts. They were polite and, most importantly, they did a solid, good job. It was evident they cared about the quality of work they did, like craftsmen. About 11 weeks later, we had a home inspector (on an unrelated matter), who inspected the roof and determined it was all good, save for a tiny 3" spot where a small bit of shingle was not entirely adhered to the patio roof. We called Weston and he was here right away. He then sent a man, Cale, to repair it. What impressed us was that this worker took time to re-inspect all the tiles to be SURE all was done as correctly as possible. Also, some companies are nice when they want your business, but then ignore customers who later need help. TruBuilt is not like that. They are helpful and friendly all the way through. And their prices are very fair. Our final assessment is that TruBuilt, is excellent. They have polite staff who really work with you, and their workers are conscientious, respectful, putting forth genuine effort to do a first rate job. Weston quickly responded to our call and gave us a bid that was $1,000 less than the other roofer. The two guys that did the work definitely knew what they were doing. They took it apart first and replaced the rafters and decking where wet rot had ruined the integrity of the structure. Then they put on a double layer of roofing. The before-and-after photos proved what a good job they did. Their office personnel, lead by Weston, are also very professional. We will certainly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

My first set of counters had two different sheens which should have been caught by both the manufacturer and installer. I opted to get it fixed because I shouldn't have to settle. The second set of counters were miscut, which the installer saw and said it could be fixed by paint. Dan did offer to remake one of the counters but it would have extended the counter past the backsplash...something I have never seen. I settled for a modest discount as I didn't see a way forward since both the manufacturer and installer do not care about quality. I thought I could find a company to come out to fix the issues, but I'm left with a substandard project. Dan Good may be great on other types of counters but I would not use them for laminate countertops.

After looking for…read morea general contractor for close to two months that are willing to work in Show Low, Arizona and could not find anyone that seemed to have their stuff figured out, were way over priced, or were not returning my calls, I was recommended MRP development by my listing agent. These people are the real deal. When I contacted initially I spoke with Everett, who listened to our needs, and provided a ready floor plan that was almost exactly what we wanted from their existing plans. Within a day, and maybe two follow ups, the floor plan was adjusted and ready to go, if we wanted to proceed with them. Everett walked our lot with us, explained the process and timeline in detail, and within 3 days had a very competitive price, especially for the finishes that were considered standard by them. They were ready to start building within 20 days or so after our official meeting that was quite detailed. House build was moving at quite a pace. It was mind blowing to watch the crews move flawlessly whenever we stopped by. I was also impressed with how clean the site was kept at all times. Reese, as an owner and builder, really moves his crews and expectations are high. What impressed me the most was that we didn't need a special appointment to come see the house, just stop by whenever we felt like it. In terms of building finishes, everything was absolutely flawless: all 2"x6" or bigger with 16" spacing, nothing crooked or out of line, no creeks, I mean flawless. What struck me the most about Reese was one thing he said during one conversation "if I wouldn't live in it, I don't want to build it". That says something about his character. Finishing touches were amazing. We worked with Mark on any ordering and he gave us design suggestions on things we struggled, such as matching the counters and tile, to inside showers. We had mostly picked and ordered our own finishes, but he did help with a lot of general ordering, images in progress, or general questions. Overall, the house looks stunning, as what we envisioned, and we wouldn't want it any other way. The quality of the build is felt every inch of the way. Last but not least, working with Everett, Reese, and Mark was an absolute pleasure. They were responsive, addressed any potential concerns immediately (and there wasn't many), and took pride in their work. I truly feel privileged that they built my house. I am not paid to do this review, they didn't ask for a review, and I had to create their business on yelp to post this review. I am just so impressed with these guys and their business I thought it would be pertinent to spread the word.
