Used to have a great arena now they have no arena. We bought 2 Arena passes for multiple visits. Then they closed their arena so those passes are now worthless. Asked if we could trade them in for store credit and were told no. Pretty crappy move. read more

Love this place! It's a lot of fun! Definitely the most professional and well run field in the Metro Atlanta area. It can get crowded, that's the only drawback. They actually follow the break time clock so you get your moneys worth with play time. The refs don't take any BS, which I love. They have a great selection of weapons and gear in the shop and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have some cool events too. My nephew and I went to their Call of Duty event and got to meet and play with some celebrities. He was so stoked. Thank you SS Airsoft for being so professional and well run! Great staff and fun arena....BUT Don't buy here unless you know exactly what you're looking for and make sure you don't make any impulse purchases just because they recommended something! Nice enough guys working there, but I guess the store owners have a "no return policy" on every purchase. Unfortunately, they have neglected to train their employees to inform customers of this nonsense policy upon making a purchase. I brought in a gun that was given to me because it wouldn't shoot and I was hoping they could help me get it working again. (FYI: I've only played airsoft a couple of times and have absolutely zero knowledge of these guns) Turned out it would take a tech (who wasn't there) to fix it, but I was told it'd probably cost a lot and I'd be better off just buying a new gun at that point. So the counter guy proceeded to show me some newer rifles. I did decided to buy one for almost $200 and took it home. Obviously, I can't put the blame on anyone else but myself for the impulsive purchase, but I did realize how idiotic it was of me once I brought it home. So the NEXT DAY I drove back to SS airsoft to return it and found out about this policy. No returns if used in the slightest and if totally unused, you only get store credit for THAT day and must be spent on something else. Haha I love supporting local businesses, but this return policy is a joke. Anyone out there want to buy a brand new airsoft rifle?? read more

I brought my son and a couple of his friends to have some fun and get their testosterone/energy out! The only thing I had issue with was the lack of instruction for the boys from the staff. It was everyone's first time and one of the rifles seemed to not be working properly. It was user error, but a little more patience and guidance from the staff at the beginning would have given them all a much better experience, instead of figuring out he wasn't loading the BB's correctly until an hour in to his 2 hour experience. If I could give a 0 star I would in a heartbeat. This company has caused me more stress than I've ever had. First off I'll start with the repair tech. Don't ever let them work on your Airsoft products. One time I had to get my gun fixed after getting broke by one of the staff, because of lack of knowledge in the field. When I finally went to get it fixed they placed my gun under another name. My name is Greg and they placed my gun under the name of Bill. How in the world do you confuse Greg for Bill. I waited 6 months of being told they didn't have it till they finally said it was accidentally placed under another name. Never even got any compensation from their mistake. 6 months of waiting felt like going to prison for a crime you didn't commit. 6 months without a gun to use isnt great. Couldn't even play. Then the same day I got it back it was stolen and when I told the owner he didn't do anything about it. He could have called the cops and locked the place down and let the cops find it. Instead he just said he would keep an eye out and that he couldn't do anything about it. taking advantage of young children for their favor. Then today I bought a defected product and they wouldn't give me a refund or even exchange the product. They said they couldn't which makes no sense. Clearly it shows how their customer service is. I would give their customer service a -10 for the poor service I get every single time. Definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with them. There are so many better places that offer better customer service and better loyalty. This company is far from loyal to their customera! read more

Very bad customer service. Went in because they accept trade ins. We had a limited edition gun to trade in. The manager told me they couldn't take the gun because it did not have a battery, and all guns had to be sold with a battery. My son then picked a gun to purchase and was informed it did not come with a battery... Heard the indoor field is good but we will not be going back. read more

Although there are many different options in Georgia, This is the best option. Firstly, The staff is very nice. They are was eager to help you learn new things. You may not be able to find other staff like the ones in the staff of airsoft. Second, The field is fantastic. Unlike others, this field is decorated as if it were a real life war. Third, Highly recommends this to beginners. Due to how everybody will point out your problems, the rules, but also their kindness and fairness. This is the best option for airsoft gameplay inside of Georgia. read more

I took my nephew and his friend here and our experience was excellent. They were both new to airsoft and the staff was very helpful, patient and courteous with them. Safety rules were politely and respectfully enforced, so parents, don't be nervous about sending the kids off to shoot. Both kids had a great time and are really excited to come back. This place has a great arena but do NOT buy anything from them without getting return policy in writing. My son bought a $179 gun and was told verbally he could return or exchange at the store if it didn't work well for 60 days. After taking it out of the box and shooting it for a few minutes he noticed a big problem. We went back to the store 3-4 days after purchase and an associate tried it and admitted to seeing same issue. She went to her owner/manager to approve return and came back to say there would be a 20% charge to return or exchange - defective or not. I asked for the manager/owner but was told he wouldn't talk to anyone. We called the next day and the owner/manger was extremely rude and could not have cared less about the problem. Buyer beware - never buy from someone who won't put their return policy in writing on receipt or in store or anywhere. read more

This was the worst experience I've EVER had. My son bought a used gun and it broke within 5 minutes of using it. Brought it back the next day and got store credit for a new gun. They overcharged me $60 at checkout (good thing I checked in the parking lot). After fixing this mistake, we were about to leave when my eldest son realized the BRAND NEW gun he just bought wasn't working. BACK into the store (3rd time that day). Appears they sold him a gun that didn't have all of the parts. Once home, my younger son's new gun wouldn't load- bad clip. Back to the store (4th time that day)-they exchanged the magazine. Once home, the gun would only fire 2-3 pellets then jam. BACK to the store-5th time! This time I insisted on all of my money back for everything I had bought. While waiting, one of the clerks proceeded to get VERY belligerent with my children to the point I had to tell him to stop talking to my children. OVERALL THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Think long and hard before going to this place.... I wish I could give it a negative star review. read more

Played here since they opened in 2010. changed management with someone who doesn't know airsoft, and laid blanket rules that prevented me and many othets from playing. The business is failing, staff ignored me, and their prices are highway robbery. Current manager clearly stated she would rather take the $20 from some kid and keep people like me from playing to make it easier for her. I worked a lot with Steve (current owner) in the past, and he would never put down a loyal long-time customer like the current manager did. read more

By far the worst field I have ever been to. I went in to play on a Sunday afternoon. The cashier seemed to be focused on getting me away from the register as quickly as possible and did not seem to care about being friendly. The staging area was impressive and had enough room for all of the players there which was a plus. Getting my gun checked was no problem at all. My main issues were with the refs. They did not explain all of the rules clearly nor did they answer the questions I had. I also had problems with many of the players cheating which the referees did not care about. I tried pointing out the cheaters but the refs refused to do anything about them. Overall, I would recommend finding another arena to play at. SS is not worth the money and time. read more

STAFF MEMBER "CODY" (who worked on Sunday, September fourth, from at least 3pm onwards) SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF HIS EMPLOYMENT and let me tell you why: first of all i want to say that overall this was an excellent experience for me, my nephews, and his friends. That being said, i wanted to make a specific complaint about one of the staff members. The reason i did not make this complaint at the actual arena is because i saw this individual was rather friendly with everyone who worked there today and thus did not feel comfortable reporting him to somebody who in all likelihood was his buddy. This is the reason why i am making this complaint via email, on your official facebook page, on Yelp (where it won't be removed and the issue will have to be addressed), and every message board and review website that i can find. Furthermore, I will be calling you guys tomorrow afternoon to ensure that my complaint is acknowledged. The staff member named CODY (about 5'6-5'8, scrawny, early 20s, white, closely cropped brown hair) was ridiculously unprofessional with regards to how he spoke to and around the kids. Not to mention how he disrespected me personally in front of the kids (i'm about twice his age and was shocked by this pipsqueak's big, profane mouth). This pint-sized staff member, obviously a victim of adolescent bullying and not used to any concept of real authority or respecting people twice his age, consistently showed an overtly bad attitude and made several inappropriate gestures and statements in the presence of CHILDREN. I mean c'mon man, they're just kids! Listed below are examples of Cody's improper and unethical behavior. A. I witnessed first hand, CODY verbally assault no less than three 11 year-olds (that i witnessed after being told by a fourth child under my care that one of the staff members was 'cussing at him'). The reasoning behind his verbal battery (at least with regards to the three seperate accounts that I personally witnessed) was for taking off their masks while literally passing the curtain which led from the arena into the 'deadzone', two of those 11 year-olds being under my care and one which was not. Whether or not the children were wrong and whether or not it was done in the interest of their safety, there is such a thing called tact and customer service. EVERY OTHER STAFF MEMBER was kind, polite, and helpful when correcting the kids (they definitely didn't drop F bombs and insult the kids on a personal level while reprimanding them) and so CODY's actions really stuck out like a sore thumb and put a dampener on the experience to the point that i am now wasting my valuable time in order to report him. B. During his jaw-dropping verbal tirades, he utilized the word "f*ck" multiple times: For example: what the **** are you doing", "what the **** did i tell you", "are you G**D*MN stupid?!?", and the one directed at me "aren't you listening? what the **** is your problem?" the last one being rather amusing seeing as that i am hearing impaired and did not want to wear my hearing aids for fear of them getting damaged or lost ("what the f**k" being his go-to-catchphrase like some sort of pre-teen who has just discovered the cussing). Although I noticed that most of the older participants had absolutely no profanity filters or sense of decency with regards to how to conduct themselves in front of children (which is none of my concern), but the kids I was taking care of have been raised in goold ole Southern, Christian homes and were appalled by CODY's attitude and use of profanity. C. This very small man had the audacity to do the same with me with regards to me taking off my mask while passing the curtain from the arena to the 'deadzone'. I have REAL firearm training, years of experience with outdoor paintball matches held in the Florida Everglades, and was the only non-military member of a private Miami Sharp-Shooting League before recently moving back to Georgia. Thus i have years of experience with regards to safety and to be told-off by some punk 20 year old in front of my nephew and his friends was rather embarrassing to say the least. Despite the consistent cheating (and our complaints to Cody about this) of the more "experienced"/equipped participants, I never once saw Cody reprimand any of them and actually seemed to know them personally (big surprise there). It boggles my mind that individuals who literally spend thousands of dollars on equipment for this (let's be honest) game and seem to take it quite seriously, were the individuals who violated the 'honor code' of admitting when they were hit more often than the middle-schoolers that i was supervising - what's the fun/challenge in cheating against a bunch of 6th graders when you already have superior firepower, armor, and equipment?! Furthermore, why did Cody (the match supervisor) turn a blind eye to it even when we brought it to his attention? (see second review for complete account) read more

This place is awesome. The owner and staff are absolutely great. It's nice to see a locally owned business that is in the community. Very clean and awesome arena! They have a wonderful selection of air soft guns, gear and just about anything you could ask for. I am always amazed when people leave reviews that slam a place of business because they did not get there way or when a product that the business did not manufacture has issues. Send the manufacturer of the product a bad review. This is a top notch business, I send everyone I can there and I have not heard of one negative issue from anyone I have sent there. Possibly the worst place to do business at. I sent in my KWA Kriss Vector bolt for a minor diagnosis check. However, they managed to lose the bolt (which the bolt itself is a hard to find, rare piece) and they promised me that they would fully replace it. That was around 4 months ago. However, after 4 months of broken promises and lies, they said they won't get a new bolt nor compensate for my bolt. They have no respect for their customers and they are a bunch of liars. Do not do business with them unless you want to lose money. No respect for the business and their employees. read more

Do NOT waste your money here! The ONLY reason I'm giving even one star is because I got my money back. If it was optional, they would owe me stars. Got to the facility at around 1, and did not even get to the field until almost 2:15. We sat in the debrief room over 30 minutes because people would not shut up, the ref warned that the next person to talk would be removed, which he did not mean, because they continued to talk. They restarted the debrief about 4 times. THEY HAVE NO GUTS to stick to their word. Once finally on the field, the game took a good amount to start. The match had a rule in which one player was a designated medic, and when you were hit you sit down and wait to be tagged in. Fair enough. About 1-2 minutes into the match I was hit, called it and sat down. I even went the extra mile and put on my bright orange dead rag on my head to show players that I was hit. I ended up being hit by another 4 players, who then proceeded to call me out for not calling my hits. After I wouldn't acknowledge them, because I was following the rules, they proceeded to shoot me again, this time much closer. That was the final straw. I stormed off of the field to realize that I'd been there for over an hour and only made one match. The only saving grace to this atrocious experience is that I got my full refund. Save yourself the trouble, they do not care about the game, they do not care about the players. I will not be returning to this facility until they either rehire a better staff or actually start to enforce the rules. read more

My child was at SS Airsoft this evening, for a birthday party. He purchased a gun and once he opened it, during the party, he realized it was broken. He never left the facility. He never even used it. When he tried to return it, he was told that he could not because the paper work was not in it. He went back to the party room to get the paper work, and when he got there, he was told that the room was already cleaned, and everything was thrown away. He is a child who purchased a product, that was clearly broken. When I called to find out why, when he never even was able to use it, never left the building, why he was unable to return it. My questions were met with, that is our policy, sorry about that, sure he's a kid, but you signed the waiver. I have never known a safety waiver to cover defective merchandise that never leaves the store. I told her that because of the attitude I would make sure that everyone knew they sold a defective product to a minor child, and refused any recourse. She said do what you want that is your prerogative, go ahead. It won't matter, you signed the waiver. When I asked to speak to a manager she said if I came right now, at 9:00pm she would make sure to get the owner there by the time I got there, but he was not there now. I asked her to take my phone number so he could call me and she hung up on me. I think it is deplorable to treat a paying customer, a minor child, in a manner like this. Like they are being taken advantage of. Not trying to say that is what happened but after speaking to the lady this evening, whose only answer was sorry for your luck and it is in the waiver, it really makes me think that the intent was there. read more

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but SS Airsoft. The facility is pretty descent but the staff are the worst. I feel like I was held up and robbed by the experience I had with my son there. My sons belongings were stolen from the waiting room and the time we paid for was 2 hours. We waited 47 minutes before the next round started. Guess what...my son rented the "Full package" from SS Airsoft and it didn't include any of the equipment to play that round so now it goes to 1 hour and 10 minutes before he gets to play a single round. The result is we pay for 2 hours and get MAYBE 40 minutes of play. When the staff was confronted they said "sorry, no refunds". What's even worse is they had no apologies for my sons personal property being stolen from the waiting room that is supposedly monitored. They didn't even say sorry...they just said it's not our responsibility. How more heartless could these losers be. An 8 year old gets robbed and its all cool. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There's lots of choices for airsoft around Atlanta. I'm sure you'll find one that gives a crap about their customers read more

Horrible place with the rudest staff and owner on the planet. We bought guns and the gear here for Christmas. Neither gun worked and the shop refused to exchange them. These were not cheap guns, both were over $300 each. I tried to resolve the issue in person with the receipts. The owner spoke to me like I was an idiot. My boys wanted to play Airsoft really badly, so I paid for them to play and to rent guns. The rentals were garbage, and the kids they had running the range were horrible. They would end matches and then play with their little select groups and make everyone else wait. When I asked about why these things were happening, I got more attitude. We left and will never be back. My kids and I have been playing Airsoft for over 5 years, at all of the metro ATL places. This is by far the most deplorable, unprofessional, and worst managed shop. Stay away unless you like getting ripped off and talked to like you're stupid. The owner can personally kiss my butt. read more

We recently had my 11 year old son's birthday party here. When we first arrived we stood there with party supplies for a while and we were rudely greeted by the manager. In the party room we sat around for a hour with 10 kids and no help at all from the staff to start a game. We were finally helped, but we had to ask for it. The woman who helped us was very nice (Kayla) and that was probably the only good experience we had. The first round the kids played was in the dark. I had 10 kids go in and 5 came out immediately. Three of the 5 actually played. The other two were 13 year olds, and they hid in a corner because they couldn't find the exit. 3 out of 10 went in for the next round. The party lasted for 2 hours and by the second hour no one wanted to play anymore. There was nothing else to do so all the kids went outside and played in the parking til it was time to leave. At no birthday party should kids have to go out to the parking lot to play because they were so unhappy with the party. I actually cried a little because none of the kids had fun. I will never be returning here ever again. This was not the experience I wanted for my son and his friends. read more

Wish there was a "no star" button! The customer service is lousy and they are rude! Bought $200 gun here over four years ago for a gift! Never worked, brought it back, they fixed for free, never worked! So, we never returned. Son, 14, decided he wanted to play Airsoft , bought gun at Dicks Sporting Goods, arrived at SS Airsoft, spent $100 on accessories and apparel , paid another $20 for all day pass. Go into check in area, stand in line to get gun checked, sorry have to watch video first! We obeyed rules, got out of line, watched video. No one else did they just started new line and turned around and watched, so when all done, there are 20 people on line ahead of us. I say something and they say, maybe they already watched video????? No order, no chaos, no customer service, rude, nasty place! Will never return here again! Participants are rude as well and rules are not followed! This place is just a way to make a lot of rude and greedy people even more so! What a joke! read more
