I gave him another chance and afterward I waited for the financing information, but he never sent it. Jim then proceeded to ignore the rest of my correspondence. I left numerous voicemail messages and Jim refuses to answer the telephone. This is not how you do business with people. I'll find another roofing contractor and I suggest you do the same.

They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next!
