Most of it displayed on fixtures that don't match from aisle to aisle, or simply stacked on plywood that's supported by cinder blocks. The store isn't the place you go if you've got Asberger's. Many aisles are tight and at odd angles. But hey, it's very very cheap!

The building was delivered and has been in service for just about a year at the time of this review. I especially appreciate my salesman Steve's advice to add passive venting to my must-have feature list. As a result, my final design consisted of a combination of soffit, ridge, and gable vents to minimize the temperature difference inside the building from that of the outside during hot summer days, and extend roof shingle life. To complement the benefits of venting, I also opted to base the build on Esh's Silver Line, which features a radiant heat barrier on the inside of wall and ceiling surfaces. I am happy to report that during last week's heatwave, the temperature inside the building consistently remained within 10 degrees of what my thermometer was registering outside at the time, throughout the peak heat hours of the day!

Now, the couch. First, they actually just flipped it off the truck and it fell on blacktop road with a load bang. Second, they refuse to move it even onto my property because "too heavy". Told me only way they carry it to my deck is if I pay them. Not even on my property and want to leave it on main road and leave. Call the store for help. Ashley's answers phone. Sorry no one available to help me, even though I was talking to the same person that had sold me the furniture. Asked for a manager. Not available but would call back as soon as gets in (about 2 hours from time of delivery). It's 20 degrees outside, wind blowing, and I have a brand new couch sitting in the middle of a main road because delivery people don't want to move it. Sure, I can wait. Spend almost $3k on furniture and this is service you get. Finally convince delivery people to at least get it on to my property at the foot of my deck stairs, Sign delivery receipt, and tell delivery people to go away. 6 HOURS LATER! Must have had same delivery people at other places or truly don't care about customer service. My only two guesses. A bed too heavy for delivery people to even move after flipping it off a truck, a manager that doesn't have time to talk about an issue, and a customer support department that is too busy and too many important other things to deal with than not fulfilling their end of the deal. When our friends come over, the first thing that they mention is how gorgeous our floors are.
