The store staff members were greatbut the delivery service is horrible. They banged up my walls, didn't clean up nor unpack the furniture completely and showed up almost an hour early to their own 4 hour delivery window( with 3 minutes notice) and then acted like they were going to leave when no one was immediately home even though my wife was trying to get home asap and was going to be there in 10 minutes. I filed a claim/complaint for the wall damages and no one will even call me back. I checked in with the store a couple times and they said it's out of their hands and there is nothing they can do. If you buy anything here do not let them set it up. The fee is a ripoff and it will probably cost you more money to repair the damage they do plus they expect you to apparently be ready for them even if they show up well outside the delivery window with no notice. read more

The service was great, the workers seemed to have a lot of patience with us, considering that we brought our toddler with us ! , we still haven't received our furniture because it's only been a few weeks. My partner and I left satisfied, we actually had found the couches for a better price and the match it no problem :) ! We can't wait to receive our new furniture soon! NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from this store. Their delivery and service is THE WORST! Buying experience was awesome, but then it came time for delivery, what a disaster and incompetence! Ordered bed and a couch. Delivered when said they would Two gentlemen take out three boxes for bed. One gentlemen carries two of the three boxes containing bed (I carried the other) to my deck and place inside front door as I was told they would. Didn't buy the premium delivery (another $300 WOW) but figured as long as get to front door like all other delivery services (UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, USPS, other furniture stores, etc), I would be fine. Now, the couch. First, they actually just flipped it off the truck and it fell on blacktop road with a load bang. Second, they refuse to move it even onto my property because "too heavy". Told me only way they carry it to my deck is if I pay them. Not even on my property and want to leave it on main road and leave. Call the store for help. Ashley's answers phone. Sorry no one available to help me, even though I was talking to the same person that had sold me the furniture. Asked for a manager. Not available but would call back as soon as gets in (about 2 hours from time of delivery). It's 20 degrees outside, wind blowing, and I have a brand new couch sitting in the middle of a main road because delivery people don't want to move it. Sure, I can wait. Spend almost $3k on furniture and this is service you get. Finally convince delivery people to at least get it on to my property at the foot of my deck stairs, Sign delivery receipt, and tell delivery people to go away. 6 HOURS LATER! Still nothing from Ashley's. So I call them back Other more important matters to take care of, though they did receive message to call. Must have had same delivery people at other places or truly don't care about customer service. My only two guesses. A bed too heavy for delivery people to even move after flipping it off a truck, a manager that doesn't have time to talk about an issue, and a customer support department that is too busy and too many important other things to deal with than not fulfilling their end of the deal. Here is hoping the furniture holds up because can't imagine the "fun" I'd have if needed .assistance in future. BUY ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Ordered office furniture in August. It took more than 2 months to get it. 2 of the 3 pieces came with multiple defects! The store reordered replacements after multiple calls and emails. One of the 2 replacements (another month and a half wait) was worse than the first one! This is our first and definitely LAST purchase from Ashley! read more

If your thing is high pressure sales and overly priced goods, have I got the place for you. However, if you believe telling a salesperson multiple times you are "just looking" only for them to stalk you through your entire visit, trying to sell you on everything you dared look at, go somewhere else. Was told 14-16 weeks when I paid in full for a sectional, week 13 call in was told they will email and get an eta on it call back 5 days later and find out the email was never sent and its now 8 weeks out. 21-22 weeks for a small 2 pc sectional is unacceptable, and them lying to me on the phone is inexcusable.
