My appointment was scheduled for today, but he let me know it would be raining, so came up on a Sunday to make sure the job was done before Christmas. Left a mess on my floor, did work I did not ask for (put screens on my detached patio), windows were not cleaned well and I had to point out all the corners and edges where they neglected to clean, which he blamed on the rain!? And charged me $300 to fix seven screen and rebuild two. All told, it cost $550 and I could not wait until they left my home so that I could clean up after them. I paid him because he made some threat about reporting it. I paid him just to get him to leave! Very poor communication with client. I will never hire them again! read more

I had to find a company to clean the windows at my grandmother's house. Her home was being put up for sale and they were very dirty! I had to arrange this all from another state. I contacted Squeegee Window Cleaning through Yelp. They contacted me right away with a very reasonable quote and were able to schedule the job very quickly. They did a really good job on my Grandmother's 63 year old windows and they did not try to increase their original quote. (Which I have had other window cleaning companies do in the past.) My neighbor did window cleaning recently and highly recommended Daniel - Squeegee Window Cleaning. I contacted him and he conducted himself very professional and wanted my address to give a quote. I explained him about my home. He immediately gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I fixed an appointment and I got mail confirmation for the date and time immediately. He came on time with his wife ( both work ) and I liked him taking off shoes before getting inside my home. He had all the equipments in his truck that help the clean. He was very polite courteous and did a good job. Did not use any chemicals for outside washing except Water with a special hose tool. Inside used ammonia free spray ( did not smell ). I was impressed how he gently handled my blinds with 2 hands to push it up. Once done he wanted me to take a look and give my opinion. He repaired about 7 window screens at a good price. Don't use these guys. I specifically said I have painters and to have them wipe the window seals, the bottom. The "owner" said no problem. They left the bugs and dirt. He said they charge for that. I really don't care as long as it's done. Then he couldn't get the screens out because of shutter magnets. Then he said he charges for that as well. Basically they lost a $40 tip. Worst of all he said he has other customers. Hopefully they understand they cannot do a half assed job. Don't use them! read more
