Scheduling was easy and the basic exterior cleaning work was okay, but unfortunately the…read morefollow-through was disappointing. The crew removed the upstairs window screens as part of the cleaning. According to the company, they were still responsible for cleaning the screens, but they had arranged for my interior cleaners, who were working at the house at the same time, to put the screens back afterward. The problem is that the upstairs screens were never cleaned in the first place, and my interior cleaners said they were never told or asked to reinstall them. After everyone left, I discovered the upstairs screens were still dirty and had been left off the windows. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told they could not come back because the property was too far away and they did not have any other jobs in the area. I was also unable to personally inspect the windows and screens after they were eventually reinstalled. The current occupants are now telling me that some of the screens appear to be bent. Since I wasn't able to inspect them immediately after the cleaning, I can't say exactly when or how that happened, but it adds to the frustration of how the screens were handled and the lack of follow-through. Regardless of who was supposedly responsible for putting the screens back, cleaning them was part of the exterior company's work and that was not completed. There also appears to have been poor communication regarding who was responsible for reinstalling them. Overall, scheduling was easy and the basic cleaning was fine, but leaving the screens dirty and removed, followed by an unwillingness to return and correct the issue, was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a different company.

**15% immediate increase in solar production**…read more I had the pleasure of working with Jason Waldie of Clean and Clear Solar and Window Cleaning Services to clean my 18 solar panels, which had not been cleaned since 2021, as well as three skylights. Jason came highly recommended and I can absolutely see why. From start to finish he was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the entire process. He answered every question I had and even provided before and after photos that speak for themselves. After the cleaning I measured a 15% increase in my solar production, proof that keeping panels clean really does make a difference. Jason's attention to detail was impressive and he clearly takes pride in his work. It is obvious that Clean and Clear cares about delivering top quality results. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!
