However, he did not seem to have been supplied the proper tools by his employer to do the job. In fact, he probably could have used a second set of hands When he asked me to hold the ladder I suggested he call his boss. He did and said he was told "to figure it out".The job was not done entirely as promised. The stained glass portion of the window was to be cleaned by hand, it was not. There were also some plants damaged in the process. Yet, the windows are cleaner than before. I will not use Oregon Janitorial services again. Nor would I recommend them.

The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

They were friendly, too! I highly recommend them and I will certainly be giving them my business in the future. I hired them to do roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss-prevention treatment. Again, I'm a new homeowner and this was the first time I ever had to do this... so even if what I paid was too much (I wouldn't know), I don't care because their stellar customer alone was worth every penny. Thanks, Moss Busters! I'll see you again in September!

I hadn't used a professional cleaning service And I am so happy to truly clean windows. ( my dear husband had tried , but doesn't seem to recognize streaks ) The windows are nearly invisible as are the screens they are so clean that I can barely see them . I was surprised to hear the more than reasonable price! On extremely short notice I needed to change the time of my appointment. And they actually rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. They also discovered that the windows wee in need of caulking (which hadn't been taken care of for years. My large picture windows face the ocean and we regularly have storms that hurl wind and rain directly into them. I will definitely have these gentlemen return yearly for the treat of clean windows. I am simply thrilled that I can once again enjoy my view peaceful view I highly recommend these great guys See you next spring.
