Albert and Dan showed up on-time and did a very good professional job. All our windows in our 2 story home look great. They cleaned the screens and got them back in their proper places without damage, which I was concerned about since the screens are 49 years old. We hired squeegee pro to clean our gutters. George did an excellent job cleaning them, was on time, courteous and obliging. I minused one star because safety precautions were not taken. accessing gutters from the roof can be very risky and accidents can happen at any time. We would have felt a lot more comfortable if George was harnessed. read more

With all the stellar reviews, I thought I'll give them another try (I had hired them back in 2006) The reason they weren't my first choice is that they only spray down the exterior of windows with a brush, not hand-wash/scrub. They don't go back to squeegee the exterior. Even though the water is de-ionized, it still left water spots on some of the windows. They did come back the next day to re-clean the windows. I wish they would hand-wash the outside panel of the windows and pay attention to details. read more

I called Squeegee Pro because of the 5 stars rating, but was definitely disappointed! I gave my address over the phone, they were able to see pictures of my condo, as it was listed for rent. It shows all the windows and she gave me a quote between $139 to $159. They were supposed to be there at 2:00pm, but the lady called to say that the cleaners were running late. About 2 hours later, she called to say that she is sending one more team to help out (which is one extra guy). First of all, his van was leaking oil on the driveway in front of my condo. This guy went through the condo to count the windows and said that there were more than what was quoted, but he will give me 10% off for being late. Well, after the 10% off, it was more than the higher quote ($159) she gave me over the phone!!! When I asked him (this guy, should have remembered his name) to clean the top of the window frame, he said that it is not included, but he'll do it for me this time. Than I found that the tracks of the screen were not cleaned and I asked him to clean it, again he said that was not part of his job, but he will clean it. So, what's the point of hiring window cleaners when I have to remove all the screens after they are done to clean all the tracks? And I have to ask him 3 times to clean the window tracks until I gave up to ask the other guy (who just need to clean it once and it was perfect!) I will never use Squeegee Pro again!!! read more

After I booked the service I received a helpful email about what to expect and what the service covered. The day before they came, Melissa from the office called to confirm my appointment and see if I had any questions. Nick and Paul showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They even knocked down a few pesky cobwebs on our tall ceilings! They were great about wearing shoe coverings in the house and cleaning not only the windows, but the window ledges. Biggest ripoff. I had a small window of time to get windows washed. Squeegee Pro charged me 4 times as much as Laguna Windows for the same service. When there was a rain check, they didn't bring all of the equipment needed to reach the highest window. I will never use them again. read more

I needed my house/patios/etc power washed and my windows cleaned. A neighbor on Nextdoor referred me to Squeegee Pro. From the moment I spoke with Jocelyn I knew I was in good hands. We went over everything I needed and then she explained some additional menu options such as gutter cleaning, etc. We scheduled an appointment and I couldn't wait for a clean house! Roger and Rosindo (sp?) showed up right on time and other than a brief hiccup with the equipment they rock and rolled and had my entire property done w/in 3 1/2 hours. I am still amazed they got it all done. I was a little disappointed that the quote I received seemed to be "short" by $175, which is A LOT! Everyone was very apologetic an nice. After talking with Roger he agreed to make it $100, which was very nice. I think this might happen quite often so be prepared! I've been using SP for years now. I've been happy with their service although their prices have increased a bit but are competitive. When I called this year for a price quote the gal I spoke to apparently misquoted me. I found this out when I called back to schedule the appointment. I was told by the manager that price was incorrect and she would be having a conversation with her employee. I still ended up scheduling with them since they've always done a good job. They arrive on time and are very respectful and professional. I noticed a dent on my screen frame the day after they serviced my home. Not sure if the dent occurred during this cleaning or last years cleaning since I had not noticed it before. They took full responsibility of picking up the screen and having it repaired and returned. There was a small hiccup in getting the screen back. It had been two weeks since they took the screen to repair. I had to call them back to inquire the status. I was told the screen had been returned and installed. I had to correct them letting them know there was no screen on my window. They did apologize and did track down my screen. I wasn't upset because they took full responsibility and returned the screen the next morning. They handled the situation right away in a kind and professional manner. I will continue using their service every year and would highly recommend them! read more
