Website was interactive and easy to use, I was able to book and pay on their website with ease. SAME DAY SERVICE! They came out within hours, on time and ready to go. Best value in town especially for three bins, looking forward to be working with them again. I would not choose anyone else to do the job. They even use their own water and did not dump anything into our streets. Clean, safe and effective cleaning service. Much appreciated!

One man did the service and he was very thorough and spent about an hour to complete 3 bins. He was working and scrubbing the entire time, I even saw bubbles inside and out of the bins. My husband said our bins smelled like death before they worked their magic. They left them in brand new looking condition and smelling fresh and clean. He tidied up the street by collecting all the residual "gunk" from our bins and bagged it. I would highly recommend to friends family and strangers alike. Great quality work.

Rest assured, you will get EXCELLENT results and customer service. It started with my initial call talking to Jose then setting up my service to providing not only the cleaning services but keeping me aware of what's going on. If they're running late due to the trash getting picked up late, I get a text. I also get notifications both email and texts letting me know when the job is complete. Best of all... I have fewer flies! Thank you Jose!

He arrived within minutes of the promised arrival time, already a positive sign. Brayden could not have been more professional and attentive. In order to minimize the length of this review I'll cut to the chase. Our windows have never looked better, and we have used others in recent years. Brayden and Spartan are definitely worthy of a 5 star review!

Employment is horrible. Believe what you'd like but communication was never good, in fact it…read moreatrocious. I was treated like less because I wasn't a family member. Many inappropriate things happened without proper investigation and employees were allowed to arrive late and do no shows. I'm not here to shame them just speak the truth. I have employees that can and will control this but won't speak because they're being hushed and are related to company employees / management. The services may be great but non of you understand what the employees go through. Especially janitors. Underpaid, mistreated by a manager who took things personal, and never followed proper professional procedures for employees and fired me less than a week after coming back from an injury he assumed I was faking. Working for them for 3 years was horrible. They play favorites. I never was valued at all. My supervisor cared more than the VP of my department. I worked two jobs and still arrived on time to do my job everyday but was criticized for other people's mistakes. This company works their employees like robots and if you say anything you get fired, but if your family you can always come back like nothing happened. They could improve by having meetings with employees about problems instead of just terminating because someone gets emotional about an employee. I was informed by many employees about how they treat their employees and I didn't believe until working there myself. Pay is never worth when you they care more about the contract over the employees that come in everyday to maintain that contract. It's the truth. They did not try to make a meeting as said in documentation fire termination. But if it's a family member like some I knew they came back less than a year.

The netting was falling off and wasn't all the way to the rooftop tile so there was a gap that birds could still get under to get to the panels. They arrived at the time they said and worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned under the panels before installing the new netting and cleaned up and moved items back when finished. I'm very happy with their work and quality of the new netting should be quite a bit better for preventing issues. They provided pictures of the completed work and were professional at all times. We will also use them for our solar panel cleaning in the future.
