Website was interactive and easy to use, I was able to book and pay on their website with ease. SAME DAY SERVICE! They came out within hours, on time and ready to go. Best value in town especially for three bins, looking forward to be working with them again. I would not choose anyone else to do the job. They even use their own water and did not dump anything into our streets. Clean, safe and effective cleaning service. Much appreciated!

One man did the service and he was very thorough and spent about an hour to complete 3 bins. He was working and scrubbing the entire time, I even saw bubbles inside and out of the bins. My husband said our bins smelled like death before they worked their magic. They left them in brand new looking condition and smelling fresh and clean. He tidied up the street by collecting all the residual "gunk" from our bins and bagged it. I would highly recommend to friends family and strangers alike. Great quality work.

I hired this company to prepare a home for listing. While the interior was cleaned decently, the…read moreoverall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I was quoted a wide range of $400-$800 (lesson learned: stay away from cleaning companies who cannot provide precise quotes before starting work) and ultimately charged the full $800 without receiving an itemized invoice, despite multiple polite requests. Instead of transparency, I was sent a generic checklist they use for every listing and met with defensive responses. The owner repeatedly emphasized how dusty the home was, as if that justified charging the highest end of the range. It felt like an exaggerated excuse to avoid explaining their pricing. They also complained about a "bunch of items" being left behind, when in reality there was only a couch, table, a few kitchen appliances, and a sentimental plant that we were intentionally kept in place for staging. Expecting those items to be removed and brought back in afterward is unreasonable and out of touch with the needs of a listing-ready cleaning. To make matters worse, the plant (a special gift to my clients) was present before their cleaning and was missing after. Instead of responding with empathy or concern, the owner deflected and insisted that this was "why he asked for the house to be cleared." As if that justifies cleaners to possibly take things. Having the home completely empty was never clearly communicated, and had it been, I would never have hired this company knowing my clients planned to leave items for staging. My clients are heartbroken over the loss of something so deeply sentimental and the total lack of accountability or compassion made the situation even worse. The small covered patio, which was part of getting the home photo-ready, was also completely ignored... still dusty and full of cobwebs. For charging $800 (to clean an 1100 sqft, 2 bed, 2 bath home), the job should've been completed with care and attention to detail. I hired a company that simply did not understand the assignment. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and empathy made for a deeply disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

Two other local companies told me they didn't service my area - but Central Valley Bin Wizards responded right away and said they could service my bins. Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again. He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. Like others here, I had used Mark for years, great work every time. When Rudy arrived and informed…read moreme that he was the new owner, I saw no reason not to give him a try. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery.
