He showed me multiple bikes that might suit my style and price range and never pressured me into something I want ready for. I didn't notice it at first, though it was slight, but far from perfect. He immediately pointed it out an said the would replace it at no cost.... My guess he made the manufacturer make it good. sure enough after the replacement came in him, he was out at my convenience and reinstalled the perfect pane.... 1st class is the perfect pane for any glass replacement.
