I used squashed apple for my wedding in July 2011 and I can honestly say that the photographers and videographers present were fantastic. They were really professional and friendly and basically structured most of the day for us which helped massively in keeping me relaxed and allowing me to enjoy our special day, without them there I think I probably would have been a lot more flustered not being sure when was the best time to gather people for photos or do the first dance etc. All our guests commented on how wonderful they were and how beautiful the images and edited dvd were that we received. Both myself and family members have recommended them to others who were looking for photographers and certainly would do again. I must admit I was a slight 'bridezilla' and have probably been very hard work but in spite of that they have been nothing but accommodating in trying to make sure I was happy with their service and the products we received where others may not have been so understanding, which I am extremely grateful for. I am writing this review because I feel Carlo and the team deserve credit for their five+ star service. My wedding was in August, and the Squashed apple team were recommended by a family friend. After seeing their photos, I was convinced :-) From the first conversation, the service was professional and personal. Although the team must be so busy during the summer wedding season, they treated us as if our wedding was the only one that mattered. Carlo was always available for a chat to discuss the best options for our day. He was felxible and helpful, listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions for some amazing shots. He was friendly with the family, great with the kids and really unimposing when he came to the home in the morning. The photos were better than I could have ever imagined. We had some proof pictures via facebook within days, and it was lovely to view a 'taster' of our video whilst on our honeymoon. The quality and service can not be praised enough. Excellent, expected nothing lessI have known Carlo of Squashed Apple for a few years, he was our first and only choice for photography at our wedding as I knew the services he and his company provided were second to none Carlo and one of his colleagues, Tom, provided a full 12-hours of photography, video capture, and evening entertainment for a fraction of what most photographers ask for just for pictures. However, don't think his low prices are a result of poor quality services, the finished photos, and videos were superb. Squashed Apple are a great team of photographers and videographers. They are incredibly professional and very easy to work with. The price is fantastic and even though you feel your getting budget prices you receive high end treatment and quality from the staff.
