I didn't totally love it, and the lady Bena took that opportunity to dig into all the ways the ring was lacking. Almost convinced us to trade in the ring, lose so much of the value, and have CMR make another for us with additional costs. Looks like another poor customer in the reviews fell for it so seems like she does this a lot. It felt really rude and my fiancé felt pretty distraught after since he put a lot of thought into selecting it. We ended up getting it resized somewhere else and they had nothing but good things to say about my ring. I came back a second time to get my wedding band resized since this location is nearby. I hardly got acknowledged when I walked in, waited there for 10 minutes while Bena kept talking at another couple about her life, til I decided to pack up and leave. I arrived after work on a weekday, so it was probably around 4:30 and I was greeted promptly upon walking through the door. I love that I was greeted immediately upon entry because it started the interaction on a personable and positive note and I wouldn't have to wander around on my own looking for assistance. I had a general idea what I wanted to put together for the ring, but didn't really have a clear vision yet, so really just needed to see different combinations to hone in on what I wanted. The representative who assisted me was very patient and entertained various combinations of the ring and diamond combinations. I feel like I had to have looked at a couple dozen combinations between ring styles, color of gold and diamond shape, size, clarity, etc. I finally found a combination that was beautiful and proceeded with my order. I paid everything that day and was able to pick up the ring with the diamond I chose set in it a few days later. Everything turned out perfect! The entire transaction was very efficient from start to finish and was quite an enjoyable experience for something I was a bit stressed out about at first.
