EM Jewelry - He loves it... Don't go to fake So called family owned jewelers. Eddy is a great example of honesty and integrity in his dealings:). - Jewelry Near Me - Escondido, California

Mounir is one of the most honest and reasonable jewelers I have ever met. He was recommended to me by a longtime family friend. He has some beautiful pieces for sale but he also does repairs! He's fixed two items for me so far and replaced a watch battery. His prices are reasonable and he is so warm hearted. I really enjoy seeing him. Easiest way to his store is to walk straight through Macys. Enter at the parking lot and when you walk through into the mall, he's directly across. He'll always be my go-to, definitely #1. read more

Eddie is just the best! Great service, selection, and value - he's honest and the real deal.

Eddy is the most knowledgeable and honest jeweler I've ever dealt wit. Will definitely use again.....

I've been to Em Jewler for probably 5 years now, and I'm highly convinced the owner is the sweetest human being on earth. The first time I went in he treated me like family. And I only spent $200. But every single time I came in he remembered my name, talked about life, and was kind regardless if I purchased something or not. Now I'm at the point he's the only Jewler I go to. When I needed a Cuban Link 14k gold necklace he had the best price in town! If you love great deals with great people you will visit Em Jewler! read more

Eddy is truly an amazing kind hearted knowledgeable honest man. I've bought and sold several things over the past year and honestly I can't go anywhere else. Every time I walk into a different jewelry store all they wanna do is try and make a quick sale. Not with Eddy. Something about him. I honesty think it's his contagious smile. But please if you're in the market for jewelry wether that be a ring, necklace, or even that beautiful Rolex watch you been eyeing but don't know if you're getting a good price or not, give EM jewelry a call. You will be sure glad that you did. I'm forever grateful that I met you Eddy. read more

Eddie (owner) is genuine and honest, we were referred to him by someone within the mall. I have no doubt that we made the right decision on a upgraded ring as he gave us an honest deal after a trade in. Please do not hesitate on getting in to see him. He treats you like family as soon as you walk in through his doors. We were walked out with a hug and a kiss. Right from the start he offers trust, experience, good integrity and fair pricing. I need a few more goodies from there. Give it a try, I hope to see you there!!! read more

Eddy, the owner at EM Jewelry is a true "gem"! He is kind, knowledgeable and honest. My daughter wanted to buy a ring (not engagement) for her boyfriend. It had to be THE ring, not just any mass produced ring. After an incredibly exhausting search, we walked into EM Jewelry and found exactly what she was looking for! On a second note, I have been looking for a diamond and sapphire eternity ring and after some discussion, Eddy will be designing the ring for me. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable - I could jump for joy! He will also be repairing my wedding ring as well. WOW, I feel grateful to have found a true jewelry store and a wonderful businessman. read more

When looking for an engagement ring we were recommended to Eddy by a family friend, and we are SO GRATEFUL we listened! I gave EM jewelry a call, Eddy was so kind, knowledgeable and gracious on the phone, we instantly felt comfortable. The following week, we went to the mall to check out rings (keep in mind he now has a brick and mortar location inside the mall.) Upon entering, his assistant who was LOVELY, greeted us so warmly, a true sweetheart. Eddy was finishing up with another customer, you can tell he has built some great relationships with his customers & community. Sitting down I was in awe of the selection of glistening gems and diamonds around me. Eddy made us feel comfortable, he asked details regarding my wants and our budget. When I say we had a small budget to work with it was SMALL. However he made the unthinkable happen. Eddy showed us so many beautiful rings, ultimately I chose the ring of my dreams for a MORE than fair price, including resizing and the certification. I 10000% recommend Eddy to anyone looking for fine jewelry, especially bridal and engagement, he will make your dreams come true. Looking forward to seeing him soon to pick out our wedding bands! read more

After 25 years of marriage, my husband needed to resize his old gold wedding band by about 3.5 times the current size. We consulted with the owner, Eddy Mounir and he determined that it would be more cost effective to just trade in the old wedding band and purchase a new one that fits. Eddy was able to find the right size wedding band to fit my husband's finger. But, now our wedding bands didn't match. Since we bought ours 25 years ago and they were a matching set. So, Eddy was able to find one that matched the size and style of the new wedding band that also fit my finger. Which thankfully has not increased in size over the past 25 years. So we traded in both of our old wedding bands and got new, matching wedding bands that fit perfectly! Overall it was an easy and hassle free transaction. Eddy was very easy going and we felt that he was honest and fair with his advise. We will definitely return to his shop for any future jewelry repairs or purchases and recommend him to our friends and family! Thank you, Eddy! read more

Eddy is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest, and this is what makes him and EM Jewelry stand out compared to bigger corporations. He's always fair with prices and quality and makes sure you leave the kiosk feeling great about your purchase, he doesn't pressure you into buying anything like most stores do, he truly cares about his customers and that's why I'll always come to EM for my jewelry needs, even better now that he's got a jeweler on-site ready to make any adjustments necessary. read more

A very positive update to my original review: Wow!!! The owner, Eddie, just called me and was so sweet. He assured me this was a misunderstanding with one of his employees and that he does not do business this way. He apologized numerous times and to make it right, he refunded my money and gave me two additional watch battery changes. I could really tell he was genuine and is looking for a happy and loyal customer for life and he succeeded. Thank you! Original Review: This place is the biggest ripoff if you are looking to get a battery replacement. I typically pay $8.50 for this service, however simply because this place was recommended to me and it was right where I was I decided to go here. I was told it would cost $10-$15 to replace my battery. A bit more than I am used to but had them do it anyway. Well to my shock I picked it up and it was $20!!!!!!!!! Because it was a Micheal Korhs watch and she had to get someone else to fix it while her husband was out! It's nothing fault you had to outsource the work. Don't take on the job if you can't stay true to pricing. Give me a break. $20!!!!! Never again!!! read more

4 days before our wedding, another jewelry store in the same mall failed to get my husband's ring in on time. Desperate to find a size 7 men's ring (apparently not a single big jewelry store sells this size in stores) we checked out EM jewelry. I asked the woman working (I wish I had gotten her name) if they had any men's size 7 wedding bands, and out she pulls a whole tray of wedding bands, most of which were size 7. Perfect! I was surprised to find out that these rings were tungsten and only $80 after we spent $200 on one (also tungsten) at the other jewelry store (on sale from $320). Eddy came over and helped us find the perfect ring, just in time for our wedding. My husband says this is now his "go-to" jewelry shop. Thanks EM jewelry, you've earned yourself a couple of loyal customers' read more

My husband and I brought in three of my wedding rings to get downsized, two were very thin bands and one was a very wide band. The jeweler said they all needed to be a size 5 3/4 and I thought to myself shouldn't the wider band be bigger? That's what I've always been told but when I questioned him he said no. I get all three bands back and the two skinny bands fit my finger but the wide band doesn't, I was correct I needed a size 6 in that one. When I went to go take it back and tell him he said I'd have to pay all over again and I just think that's wrong. A jeweler should know how to measure your finger correctly and size your ring appropriately and if they choose the size and they are wrong shouldn't they correct it at their cost? When I went back in I did not feel very heard at all, I felt like he just wanted to get us out of there. I won't be going back and now I need to repay to have my wedding band resized once again which cannot be good for it. I wish I would have gone somewhere I had heard of before. read more

I went here a couple days ago to sell some of my moms old jewelry pieces and to create a custom made piece with some stones I had, and let me say that I have never met a most honest and understanding jeweler in my life!! Eddie (the jeweler) opened my eyes to what works best for what I had in mind and gave me affordable pricing and finished the job in 5-7days!! Which is amazing for a custom made job!! None of his stuff is hollow nor plated either which was a relief! I wish I can give him more than 5 stars because he is under appreciated for sure! read more
