He took the time to really understand what my fiancée wanted and did an amazing job bringing that vision to life. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very talented at what he does. We were also working with a pretty tight timeline, and Rami went above and beyond to make sure the ring was completed in time. That meant a lot to us, especially for such an important and meaningful moment. The ring came out absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Rami and the team at Mamari Jewelers to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their craft and their customers!

Being unfamiliar with this type of business, I was initially nervous and skeptical. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and professional that I immediately felt at ease. This is a wonderful family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers. I could see that not only from my own experience, but also from watching their interactions with others. Many of the customers appeared to be regulars, which spoke volumes about the trust and relationships they have built over the years. The team was polite, honest, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the appraisal process step by step, and evaluated all of my pieces with no pressure or expectations. In the end, I didn't sell anything, yet they still provided the appraisal free of charge as a courtesy. I have since returned several times and will continue to use this shop exclusively. I highly recommend them.

We came in to get it fixed and two workers were there and none of them even acknowledged we were there. We understood they were with customers, but a cursory "Sorry for the wait" or "Just a second" as we stood there for half an hour would have been appreciated. Then when we finally got their attention and said that we just wanted to drop off a ring for repairs, they shortly just said "Ok well you have to wait". No asking what happened or again any "We'll be right with you". They didn't even look up at us to respond to us. When we finally got to talk to them, they immediately commented on my wife's nice designer bag and her engagement ring (which we had gotten somewhere else), and only after seeing that did they become helpful. They initially dismissed us because we look young and they didn't take us seriously, but when they saw something that they felt meant we had some money, they then decided to be accommodating to us. That's not the kind of place I want to go to. And unless our new wedding bands break again and we're forced to use the warranty we bought from them, I will never even set foot in that store ever again.
