Criminal! This organization is CRIMINAL! A nefarious individual or group used this company to acquire a domain that was 1 letter off of our company domain and was used to attempt wire fraud. When researching the privacy registered (big surprise) party I was able to trace the registration to this company. We attempted to contact them to find out what was necessary to trace the origin of the registering party. They have no working phone number, 347-758-4644 the only phone number I could find is busy 24 hours a day. Their website lists chat support that does not exist and there are no publicly listed email contacts. their contact is page lists "Due to unusually high volume, we're experiencing delays in our response times. We will respond to your request as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience." with no way to submit an email or even an online request form. The only way I was able to submit a request for information was through their "support" page which is a message board. I created a login and posted my request for contact. They in a true act of criminality deleted the post and the account associated with my post and no attempt to contact us has been made. I am a first time business owner and I was looking for a website company to showcase my salon. Squarespace was good for a quick fix and that was all! It was a few months afterwards that I discovered a website better suited to my needs.They help me with Marketing, statistics, etc. I contacted Squarespace and told them I wanted to unsubscribe, cancel my subscription and to stop billing me! It fell on deaf ears! They are unreachable via directory assistance, internet,email, etc. They have a phone number that refers you to go to Help.squarespace.com. When accessing that link they want you to relogin to your website. I tried but it was impossible and when prompted I couldn't even upload my photo I'd! They persist in not listening to your requests and keep billing you. I had to contact my bank about this matter and they will contact them next. Never have I dealt with such an unfriendly company, far from being user friendly! I can't reccomend this company only condemning them! If I could give them less than a star rating I would but you can't post "0" or can you. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste your time and money. 24/7 customer service? Not true. What that means is they will auto-respond with an email 24/7, which anyone can do. Seriously understaffed -- It may take days (or in the past I sometimes waited weeks) to get someone to respond. You will NEVER talk to a human and 99% of the time if you are lucky enough to have your email or chat answered - they will pawn you off with a video link on how to do something that you already probably already viewed. There no phone support, chat is available only for a limited time period (eastern business hours). Don't bother. Don't get me started on the bugs and glitches. The biggest mistake I made was using this horrid company, wish I would have hired a web designer or built myself on some other platform. Don't fall for it just because it looks cool. They are holding $312,000 they processed for at least 4 months saying we are a non-supported business. However, we do not fall under the area they said and there is no one to talk to. All I get days later is form letters, which in my opinion tells me they do this to businesses all the time. I wrote to their corporate offices and no one responded. It could have put us out of business. Afterwards, online I found out they had done this to many other companies, some did go out of business. They haveno real customer service at all and you can't reach their headquarters. If we are non-supported, they should not have processed us in the first place. Think of all the interest they earn on the businesses they do this to. They processed almost 200 orders before saying they "would not process us" and keeping all the funds--not allowing us to properly service the clients who had paid. read more

Unless you can custom code for every kink that has not been worked out in their templates you will rip out your hair in frustration. There are soo many minor issues in the templates that are just basic things that should work but don't. For example I like a black background on my website but that means that I can't use matching white text because then the text is invisible in the mobile search bar. Crazy. Lots of people have black websites- this should be basic and not require custom code. Every time I ask for Squarespace help I am always met with 'You'll have to find someone to custom code it for you". If I could code myself or had the means to pay a web designer to make the website then I wouldn't be using Squarespace- would I? It isn't even help desk's fault. The template designers are just not up to scratch or don't give a sh_t. read more

Last weekend we had relatives from Yorkshire to stay during the heatwave. "Eeee its 'ot here lad". We thought a trip to the Rose and Crown at Severn Stoke was in order and managed to book a table in the lovely cool dining room. I would have sat outside in the gardens but our visitors were suffering badly from the heat. Everyone chose something different but we were all delighted with the choices we made. Sunday Roast, Pulled Pork Burger, Lamb Shank, Chicken and Bacon salad and I chose a Rosie Burger. Good job we missed breakfast or we would not have finished the meals - never an option for a Yorkshireman - A couple even managed deserts which were equally amazing. All washed down with a few well chilled drinks. My personal choice was the Rosie Burger and I'll certainly be ordering that again next time we visit. read more

My son and I went for breakfast, the restaurant was full except two seats at the counter which we took. We realized there would be a wait for our food. After a while the waitress, after bring us coffee and water, asked if we needed anything, I said " just to order". she said she could not turn in an order until the women doing the cooking said she could. Ok, she was busy but the problem was the other waitress was turning in orders and we quickly realized that there was no system to determine " whose turn it was". I mentioned that to our waitress and she said the other waitress was not suppose to be turning in orders. I would have no problem waiting for our turn. We paid for our coffee and left. We have been there before and enjoyed it but they need a system for taking orders. read more

Squarespace is a great tool for small and medium-sized businesses. The pricing is transparent and fair depending on your budget. It is very easy to use and get used to and has a lot of great tutorials. Advanced features are limited, so if you are needing something more complex, Squarespace may not be the right tool for you. Customer service live chats are available, but it can be hard to get in contact with a live agent over the phone. Overall, I highly recommend this tool! read more
