But it also wasn't even showing up when people spelled it correctly. Rambillo analyzed the problem, and ran a report listing over 500 combinations of domain misspellings, along with recommendations for how to manage the situation. They also looked into my site configuration and made a series of targeted SEO improvements to increase my site visibility on major search engines (google, yahoo, bing etc) and redirect findings to my site. In just one week, the UR L went from no visibility on google ... to #2 on the first page of their search results, when spelled correctly and when misspelled, the results were actually even better - the #1 spot on page 1 for more than 10 common misspellings. I didn't know what to do to solve my traffic problem. Rambillo did a thorough examination, made spot-on adjustments and improved my visibility tenfold - extremely quickly and effectively. Their services were well worth it!

They spent lots of time with me on the phone, analyzing exactly what my goals and needs were, and discussing possible strategies for how we could accomplish those goals. As a team -- Darrin is the tech person, Maria is the designer -- they were efficient and thorough. They promptly responded to my emails, and never made me feel that I was asking too many questions (which I probably was...). I'm really satisfied with the final product and grateful to them both! I highly, highly recommend them and definitely will be working with them again in the future!

Another company took my domain and then held it hostage unless I paid them a four figure sum. Distraught, I called several local web design companies and none of them could help me, or wanted to help a small business. On a recommendation from a colleague, I then called Media-Star in Port Washington and spoke to someone who reassured me that all was not lost and they could get me back online. Well, not only did they get me back online, but they developed a comprehensive website strategy for me that increased my business and opened up other business opportunities that I didn't know existed. I'm very impressed with the work I received and I can't recommend them enough. After going through such a negative experience, I'm glad I didn't give up.

I didn't know where and how to begin looking for a trust worthy company to hire for the job. I have had a bad experience building the current site and didn't want to repeat the same mistakes that led me to ultimately building a site I was not satisfied with. I was so frustrated so I put the project on hold until I got a call from Amy, the owner of TAG Online. She came over to my office, presented references, sample web sites, time lines, price considerations all of which put me at ease and made it sound easy, affordable and quick. The second meeting was even better because she came with Greg, the actual technician who worked on this project, so there would be as direct line of communication between us as possible. Within a couple of weeks I've got my first draft. They nailed it. The first draft exceeded my expectations, the budget was right, it had most of what I needed and faster than I thought it would take. All my communications with them to tweak the first draft were effortless: they always answer the phone, always attentive responsive and respectful. The story began a few years ago when we decided to update our very old website. A family member kept telling me I should hire a high school kid to do the work and save myself the money. We ended up hiring the son of a friend & paying for a website that was OK. We didn't know how to manage it nor update it. We ended up getting hacked because of the old plug-ins or something. I called TAG and spoke with owner Amy. Gave me a few options on how to do things. We discussed a schedule for the work and even worked with me on payments. The initial draft was very good. They even put up a temp page to replace the old hacked website just to get by till the final website was ready. Worked with the TAG team on the changes and couldn't be happier ever since. Always a great experience
