He appeared to be knowledgeable and professional when we met for the assessment. However it was a huge disappointment and please BEWARE! He knew we needed the assessment report done during that week and ASSURED us that we will receive it. The days went by and he didn't send anything as promised. My husband left numerous VM and talked to him in several occasions requesting the assessment. Every time he said that he will send it to us. After almost 3 weeks of this ordeal he stopped answering our calls. My husband called him one last time and in a very short talk with a sudden "bad connection" he said he was not going to do send it and very rudely hung up on us. He could have told us this from the beginning...at least after the first week but he completely ignored us and LIED to us. He pretended to be this "reliable contractor" but he is not.
