Austin came over soon after we made our request, gave us a fair quote, and began the first part of the repair soon after. The project was in two parts because part of the damage was under solar panels. So we paid for what he did, and stayed in touch as the installers weren't able to get to us for weeks. Final roofing work happened yesterday, and he also replaced two shingles that had fallen since he'd left (not his fault). Easy to communicate with, generally responded same day or next day. Would use again.

UPDATE: I reached out to Cleibster, and Dynamic Home Renovations and he sent someone out to assess…read morethe problem and make the repair. ALL DONE SAME DAY -- assessing the issue, removing the faulty tile, cutting and installing a replacement, and regrouting. Dynamic Home Renovations has its own employees, rather than relying solely on subcontractors, so when an issue comes up, they can actually send someone out without a major hassle -- even long after the project is finished. That kind of follow-through and customer service is HUGE. This wasn't something I considered asking contractors about before hiring them, but I definitely will going forward. Dynamic was the Subcontractor hired by my GC, I never had a contract with him, but he still honored his guarantee. I also reached out to the original GC. He scheduled a day to come over and although he said he was going to fix it that day, all he did was "assess the problem" -- I'm still waiting to hear back from the GC. THANK YOU CLEIBSTER, and thank you Luis! I will add the updated photos once my grout dries, but wanted to update my review ASAP since I was pretty UPSET about having a tile I needed to figure out how to replace. GENERAL ADVICE: If you have tile installed, always save at least a partial box of the leftover tile! Our tile was discontinued by Floor & Decor. So happy I had enough for the fix.

Hired Igor this fall to repair some weathered clapboard siding and rotting wood on our home. It was…read morea pretty challenging repair as the damaged siding was high up (2-story colonial) near the peak of the house, over our garage. His communication was great--letting us know each day when he would arrive/leave, he worked long hours, was very talented in what he did, and IMHO did exceptional work. We were very happy. In our particular case, the final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, however, it was completely understandable and I had no qualms what-so-ever (and I typically am not so easy in that department) He spent several days meticulously stripping/prepping the siding--doing the job right. He was highly reliable, seemed like a good guy, and I would highly recommend him.
