She was extremely kind, prompt and professional. She explained exactly what paperwork was needed for various government institutions and how long everything would take. She let me leave notes and flowers with my loved one. She even allowed my dogs to visit our loved one, which meant so much to us. The staff gave my 3 year old a bear. That part was pretty funny... he didn't want one at first and after the mass.. another staff approached and tried to give him a bear. At the burial sight, a canopy and chairs were set up. After the farewell, they closed up the burial site, added the grass back on and moved the flowers. The whole process was seamless Apparently, grandma already had her burial plan all set up so the funeral home followed it to the dot.
