He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.

The fellows behind the counter were unprofessional and discourteous. There was a mistake on a…read moresimple print job, which they did not catch until I pointed it out when I came to pick up my item. I re-formatted it to better fit the size I needed, at their request, then returned to pick it up the next business day only to discover a small coffee (?) drip stain on the corner of the paper. Rather than reprint, they decided to cut off that part of the paper without asking me, which threw off the proportions I requested. They *did* reprint it on the spot with extra copies for me, which was thoughtful, however one said, "This is a lot of godd*amn work for one print." Yes, it was a lot of work because it wasn't done correctly the first or second time and there was no attention to detail on a very simple job. I will never bring my company's business here again; if I can't trust their attention on something that simple, I can't fathom putting a more expensive or complicated job in their hands. They were able to print it quickly and on the spot, but that's about the only positive takeaway I have from this experience. Yes, everybody has a bad day, but you should never swear in front of a customer and especially not when the work being done is subpar.

Dan was patient and always gracious as we made our final decisions but also kept to his timeline and we were done by the second week in May. Dan was always in communication with us by text and I always felt cared for as a customer. My expectations were high when I entered this establishment - the owner had just lost her sister of…read morethe same disease which had claimed my mother and I thought to myself "these people understand loss and how hard this process is." WRONG. When ordering the stone, I made it very clear I wanted to installed prior to the birth of my daughter. They assured me that it would be installed "well before my due date". As the date came closer, I kept checking in with the establishment. It turns out there was some sort of miscommunication between Easton Memorials and the cemetery and the foundation for the stone was never poured. As such, the cemetery was waiting until there were a few more installations so they could pour several stones at once. My due date was September 4th and the stone was finally installed on October 9th. Easton blamed the cemetery, the cemetery blamed Easton Memorials but the reality is that I paid Easton directly for the entire job (including the foundation) and interfacing with the cemetery was *their responsibility*. The stone is lovely, I will say that, but the customer service was horrible. This is unacceptable for an establishment that deals primarily with grieving people.
