I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

She is so friendly and makes you feel like you are in a room with one of your friends, rather than a stranger you just met and stripped down in front of. I was very comfortable and she explained the process before we started and again as we went. I actually went to her building, which was easy to find, has easy parking that only costed me about $2.20 for 2 hours (I definitely did not need that much time but I'm an over preparer when it comes to downtown parking). Just enough to give me a healthy glow. The price is also great, especially with the $10 off coupon for your first time when you check-in on yelp and a great refer-a-friend program. I was extremely put off by being accused in front of other customers that I used oils in the bed (I have been bed tanning many years and know not to use oils) when I mentioned that was me, she rolled her eyes. The prices are a bit higher than they used to be but still cheaper than some tanning places and more than others. So to me it's a wash. They change bulbs often which is a major plus to me!!! I do feel the employees should be more knowledgeable about tanning, the differences in the bed levels and if they have not heard of cocktail tanning (tanning in a bed and then spray tanning) they should probably not laugh at the customer and make snide comments, which only happened once and I only saw that employee that one time. Overall it is a clean place and while the beds are older they do maintain them and change bulbs regularly, which is important.

Apparently what she meant was the 25th and didn't realize that months have different amount of days in them and not every 25th is 5 days before the 1st. I didn't even care that when I signed up that they had to literally screw on a door for me to even use the bed bc the entire place was torn apartment. In fact, it was bc of this state of repair that I agreed to their "special promotional pricing", which I was told I would lose if I cancel my membership. Instead, I was told to pause my membership for $7 a month to keep my promotional pricing or it would charge me full price if I canceled and then returned some months later. So imagine my surprise when the special pricing lasted only 15 days and was then switched to full price (which was double). So now you can see why I wanted to cancel. The manager working at the time of me trying to cancel in person was Maddi Adams. She told me she didn't care what I was told...I was still going to get charged bc it was after the 25th. She then told me neither she, other managers, their corporate office, or MY bank would help me. It was at that point I asked her how old she was and when she said "20", I said I can tell. She then said "you're a bitch". I said I can tell you don't have much life experience if you think my bank isn't going to help me. FYI my bank did stop the payment and told me she 100% could have done it herself but chose to lie and say she couldn't. Now as if this experience wasn't enough...I found out the next day (today) that Maddi recorded me without my knowledge (remember she's the manager and on the clock) and made a tik tok with that recording of me in it. And she shared it with the public. I have now reported this store and Maddi to the BBB, their corporate office, and Indiana's labor department. Oh and I was advised to get a lawyer so I am looking into that.

I walked into this tanning salon and simply told them that I wanted a couple tans. I'm nervous…read moreabout tanning too too much and didn't want a membership. Most places will start treating you differently if you don't want to sign up for the best memberships or have concern. The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. The kindness and understanding goes a really long way
