Major electrical issues! We paid over $50 pd for 30amp, water and sewer. During the day our power was lowered to an unsafe voltage, which tripped our surge protector. We tried two different surge protectors. After addressing the owners, they refused to move us to a better site or refund any money. After two days of this we noticed an issue with our Victron inverter, the power issue cause our Victron to blow a fuse. Low voltage is just as dangerous as high voltage for your camper. After putting up with it for three days we left without a refund. Would never recommend this place read more

I put a deposit back in March 2025 for the last weekend in June 2025 and I had a family emergency over the weekend and they still charged my card for a service I didn't use. If I knew this and if it was clearly explained I would have stepped aside and made a phonecall. I am not happy and the owner was not giving me a refund! I love camping here! It's so lovely and green. They have entertainment for the campers every weekend. There's a POOL but it's actually a "cement pond" (say it like Beverly Hillbillies, lol). The place is family run - several generations now. The family is nice and kind. I have a seasonal campsite and they actually bring a honey wagon around and pump me out every week. I never have to move this sucker. They have propane on site, ice, camp store... Very dog friendly and kid friendly. My dog loves playing with the kiddos. There's a playground and hikes on-site. I live in the area but in case you don't, the wine country in this area is outstanding! Check out Bet the Farm to start and then go to either the Seneca or Cayuga Wine Trail. We do a big camping trip every year. usually the campgrounds are kid friendly with lots of stuff to do, but not here. If your looking for a boring, quiet place then this is the place but as a group with kids this place sucks, nothing to do, and 25 minutes from town so kids cant even ride there bikes to it, and most of all the bathrooms are disgusting, they literally look like shreks out house. They are hidden and if you ask a employee where they are, guess what they dont know! Never coming back to this place very outdated and just all around awful. read more

Great camp ground. We rented a cabin for two nights. We wanted to get away from the city and we were not disappointed with our stay. This camp ground is mostly for families. The pool is really nice and if you have kids there's some fun activities around the camp ground. Checked in at the store which had all camping needs to accommodate everyone. Bathrooms were fairly clean. We didn't use the showers thought. On our last night we were wondering the camp ground a bit and were amazed by all the stars so nice and clear. I would definitely come back here with my family and friends. It's also close to a lot of waterfalls which was the main focus of our trip. read more

Avoid. Make no mistake: I like rustic, old fashioned campgrounds, but this place feels way off and the facilities are worse. The photos and description here and on their website are misleading at best! -- Our campsite was not remotely level or flat, and it was covered in leaves. I'm talking about huge dips and valleys in the site that made it hard to get four legs of chair all touching the ground, let alone a table. -- Our firepit was filled with trash -- The sewer connection at our site did not have a threaded connection, so I had to weigh down my hose with rocks. -- My boys reported than the fun center/arcade was filled with mostly broken games -- The "massive" pool ain't that big -- and the surface of it is broken up enough that you're walking around on concrete cracks and pebbles. -- The bathrooms were ridiculous. I suppose they were clean-ish (lots of bugs, though), but how about a toilet seat that's not decades old? And how about you make it so you can't plainly see people peeing in the other bathroom while standing in the doorway of your own? I didn't feel adventurous enough to try the showers. Overall, there's crap everywhere at this camp ... it feels like people have been camping there for YEARS and have left toys and possessions everywhere. It also seems like the campground is maybe buying (used? tagsale?) consumer products as "public" items? Hard to tell. Either way, it makes you feel like everywhere on the grounds has already been "claimed" by someone else who left there stuff there. The haphazard layout of campsites, with tents and trailers all mashed together doesn't help you understand what's what. People were nice enough, but two people in two days commented to us how short term campers were ruining the place for seasonal people. This is CLEARLY a campground for seasonal people and we were clearly not welcome. Positives? -- I thought the location was close enough (10 minutes) to Ithaca -- They come around and get your trash twice a day, which is nice, but seemed unnecessary; I'm guessing they have problems with animals and that's why. -- The store on the campsite has a neat, old fashioned feel to it and it seems well stocked. -- It was quiet read more

The only way this gets even a star is because I could not write a review otherwise. My wife and I camp frequently (she more than I). We rented a cabin and it was vile. The pictures on the website have to of been at least 15 years old. Walking in the cabin we were unwelcomed with the scent of must and mold. The stains on the carpet (why the phuk would you carpet a cabin?) had a language of their own. The ceiling was dented and not level. We understand that it is a cabin, but this was a sty. It would have been better to just pitch a tent. The bathrooms were atrocious and the scent was like being hit with a backdraft. I understand it is summer and all, but keep that in check. I'd rather have used a portapotty after a 3 day Phish festival than to experience that again. We muscled it out a single night out of two nights we reserved. Very nice campground. Our site for our tent was beautiful, mix of grass and trees, just like being in a forest, but without leaves all over. Very spacious and shady too. Pool is nice and clean, bathrooms and showers were basic, outdoorsy, but clean and very hot water, no bugs at all. Many trails in the woods and through fields to go hiking on. Theres a brook that runs through to walk up. Each campsite comes this picnic table and fire pit. The owners at the store are very nice and friendly also. read more

I am going to write out facts about this campground -They have a great website, who ever designed their website did a great job staging, photos etc. -The road through the campsite is very bumpy, pot holes here and there. I would recommend fixing 10 holes a year. Taking your rig up and down the road is rough, as taking your car not a fun drive -Pool I didn't use, the website makes it look amazing FYI -WIFI Non-existent, connection was horrible. Don't even try logging on it will frustrate you -Cell phone service - sprint no service T-mobile no service ATT spotty service -Only 30 Amp sites - Not all sites have full hook ups -Sites are small, I would recommend 30 FT or Smaller rigs, especially is you are wanting full hook ups since everyone tends to take those sites and its hard to back in -The sites that dont have dump system they have a "honey bucket guy" that empties your site for $10 -Bathrooms old, smells like smoke, needs updating -the lifers on this campground, they do not make you feel comfortable, they stare etc. -cheap to stay here - Would I stay here again? If all other campsites near Ithaca were full then yes. read more

We stayed here for Fourth of July weekend and loved it. I read all of the bad reviews but also read one that said they there were new owners and they were trying harder so we decided to take a chance since its a fantastic location to explore the finger lakes area. We had a great site and would definitely return. It is crowded in the field, but I feel that way about RV parks. Make sure to call early and talk to the staff about getting a good spot- because this place did have a lot of great ones. The bathrooms are campground bathrooms. They're old and crappily made- but you're camping so if you want luxury get a hotel room. read more

Bizzare at best. The feel of this campground is much more like a long term residential mobile home park with an inflated bouncy pillow then a public campground. Our site was in the middle of an open field in a line of other tents with a line of RVs across from us. Imagine the boys side and the girls side at a middle school dance. The next 'site' over was maybe 3 feet on both sides. for some reason the RVs across to us had porch lights on all night shining in our faces as we tried to sleep in our tent. It was super noisy...you know when you can hear total strangers on both sides of you snoring at night it is not a good sign. There are parts of the campground where people have disposed of trash that looks like it's been there maybe 5 years? My kid did like the inflatable bouncy pillow so if you're looking for a great bouncy pillow stay here. Otherwise get a cheap air mattress for your kid to jump on and head to the state parks in Ithaca! read more

Their website is misleading. This place looks nothing like the picturesque photos online. The pool looks nothing like the website...it may have at one time, but not now. The permanent sites look rundown and unkept. Our campsite just happens to be next to a permanent site that looks like an episode of Hoarders! Bathrooms are subpar and showers are gross...and outside. There's a reason these things are not pictured on the website. The icing on the cake are the skunks (yes, skunks plural) boldly running around our campsite! We do not have food or garbage outside either. We are now stuck in our campers! Not what we planned on or paid for. We have camped for years and never stayed anywhere this disappointing. We booked & paid for 4 nights. There goes $156 we'll never see again. Thank goodness there are so many beautiful waterfalls and gorge trails to explore in the area.n read more
