Store is dirty looking. I felt racially profiled when two employees come to where I am looking for a specific item in a corner while they pretend to look for something in the exact same area. This Sprouts stopped carrying dry red kidney beans. I am concerned that a health food store is focusing more on bulk candy then a staple pantry ingredient. They also stopped carrying bulk couscous. Very disappointing. read more

I decided to get lunch while grocery shopping at Sprouts today. I ordered 2 sandwiches from the deli, turkey and ham. The white bread was super dry and stiff, borderline stale, looks like 2 slices of thin turkey, barely any mustard. Every bite tasted like the sandwich was dug up from the beach, dry and grainy. The ham sandwich came with 1.5 tomato slices, that didn't look ripe. Super disappointed in Sprouts Deli, need to up your game since Trader Joe's opened down the street, any reason not to shop at Sprouts should be alarming. Not worth $5.99 each, should pay a few extra bucks and go to Board And Brew across the street. Sad. read more

Had a great day at the Farmer's Marker and came over here to finish all of our organic shopping. Even picked up farm bred chili salmon.-was exceptional!!! Everyone is so helpful. Do you notice that Von's and Ralph's are ripping people off with organic! They stock loss and let it rot. I've stood there with other people noticing the same thing. Just wished Sprout's stocked lemongrass, it's a big seller at Ralph's and Mira mesa. Fantastic Thai tea and curry with it!!! You can really tell it's fall at Sprout's. We were there around 2 yesterday and only one cashier, I bagged our own because people waiting in line and no one bagging, that was the only thing I questioned - everything else was lovely read more

We keep giving this place additional chances when they just have no intention of earning our trade. The staff are outright rude and dismissive and don't even say hello when you come in or check out. The cashiers are always mopey, unfriendly and disengaged from their jobs and the deli counter people are honestly useless. Since they rarely stock their refrigerator sandwich display, we have asked that they make another sandwich for us only to be met with the "we only have what's out already" garbage from yet another rude person behind the counter - despite having ample product to make us another sandwich. Maybe they should hire folks that aren't moody teenagers or angry adults who clearly don't like people in their store. Look at so many of the reviews here that also state how rude and unfriendly they are. Moving onto quality, their sushi is horrible. Hard, aged rice in sparsely filled rolls that fall apart when you even touch them. The wasabi and ginger are brown and disgusting. We just had to throw away $40 of sushi after we opened it the same day we bought it, and found it to be old and inedible. Finally, their pricing is ridiculously high for the terrible food and service they barely provide. There is no way we will ever go back to this unfriendly place with overpriced food that is mediocre at best. Sorry, but this is based on at least 15 visits and the results are the same unpleasant experience over and over. Cheer up, provide better food and service, or get out of the customer service business. read more

This is one wonderful little store in Vacaville. The veggies and fruits are always fresh and always will a little less than most of the other markets. But when it's really gratis, they have so many options for vitamins and etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have lots of options for takeout and lunches in the store. The service here is usually great. A couple of the employees I could do without, but all the others are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of organic products here for much less than Whole Foods prices. There is always ample parking and the store is always clean, well-lit, and kept at a comfortable temperature. read more

Beware If you purchase fish at the counter at the Poway Sprouts. First off it is priced per portion not pound. secondly I purchased 2 pieces of salmon which were said to be 6 ounces each. Because they looked small, I weighed them when I got home and one was 5.2 ounces the other 5.4 ounces. I basically overpaid for the product. While this may not sound like a big deal I will not be shopping there due to lack of store integrity. On a more positive note, I gave a 3 star rating as the woman who helped me at the counter was very nice as was the cashier. read more

My favorite things to buy from Sprouts are their fruits, soups, vegs, & meats. Their apples (honeycrisp, fuji, pink lady are my faves) are usually cheaper than Trader Joe's, Vons & other big supermarkets. The quality is by far superior than Costco. I love buying apples here! So many choices & always tastes so crisp & fresh. A tip is if you want to buy marinated Carne Asada, buy from the butcher area directly as it's $8.99/lb VS the packaged ones which appear the same for $11.99/lb. Not really sure why that is. A large container of soup here is $5.99 & to me, such a value! Tastes amazing & always a good addition to a meal if you ask me. Very convenient, and tastes great. However, if you're a huge carnivore, you will be disappointed in their chicken noodle soup. You're better off going to Vons or Costco & picking up their soup there as there is a lot more chicken. There are some items which don't seem worth it to buy here. For instance, you can go directly to Pressed Juicery in Scripps Ranch to pick up fresh juices, with optional tasting, in many more flavors, though it is convenient to buy some here if you're desperate. PJ always runs deals and I've gotten 8 bottles for $25 recently as a PJ Member. Def overpriced here, but it is convenient. Flavors sold here do not appear to be sold at regular PJs though. read more

This location is terrible, super small selection, no employees on the floor to ask for help and such rude cashiers. I couldn't believe the attitude I got from the cashier lady when I finally paid and left. The employees seem clueless here, only 1 was kinda helped me with finding a certain vitamin I was looking for but the other didn't even try to help. I hope this sprouts finds better employees that want to work here and are better at customer service. read more

Very convenient to get in and out of. Though there is construction taking place with the soon to be added Chic Fil-A it is a bit dusty in this shopping center. Parking is anple and simple. With my wife working near by, I tend to drop in here with her often to pick up a few snacks. In particular - dried fruits! My favoirte is the dried banana chips... so damn addicting. This weekend they have an additional 35% dried bulk fruit, so you know I bought things in kilos lol! read more

I used to love Sprouts until this last visit. I decided I will take the long drive to RB. During my last site visit I see a lady (seems to be a regular since she called a few of the employees by name) eating chips, licking her fingers, touching produce and more. She kept taking her mask off and walked passed employees, ask them questions, joked with the butcher, contine to eat and grabbed another bag all the way to the register. As I ask the cashier if they allowed people take the mask once inside eating and touching stuff with dirty sucked on fingers, yelling and mask free. He said he did not get into that and ignored the lady. Not only for Covid right now, but saliva straight on several of the items is not cool read more

Although this Sprouts is not the closest one to my home, it's by far my favorite. Here's why: 1. Compared to other locations, this one has a good sized parking lot, which makes it easier to find parking even during busy times 2. I always find this location well-stocked 3. The staff are friendly and efficient This store has its act together and is taking all the right precautions to help ensure the safety of customers and their staff during the COVID-19 pandemic: - All the staff I saw are wearing masks and gloves - The staff who fetch carts are actively cleaning them before they are returned into circulation. There is even signage pointing to the cleaned carts. I was offered a freshly cleaned cart as I walked up to the entrance-yay! - The check out lines are taped on the floor, indicating 6 feet increments. There is even signage that tells customers that 2 cart lengths is about 6 feet. - There is a dedicated employee directing the multiple lines to the next available cashier as soon as the current customer has completed their transaction and left with their items. - A plastic divider separates the cashier from the customer since 6 feet of separation is harder to do between registers. I feel confident that this Spouts location is doing their best to keep everyone safe during these difficult times. The woman scooped the chicken in and said "like this?" I was charged full price for one of the sale items. Found out too late when I got home several miles away from there. Great Sprouts! Jennifer in the deli area made this shopping experience one of the best I have received from an sprouts deli and sprouts employee! I ended up going to this specific sprouts because every other sprouts close to this one in Poway did not have deli items.
