They are a fantastic group of people at the White Knoll office. I enjoyed getting to know them. It is like a family there. They really do care about you and want to do everything to help you get better. Leeanna at the front desk always had a smile on her face and knew who I was and always had my appointments set up before I left. Brittany and Brandon are the best PT's ever. I had gone to a church event and Fyzical was there. They noticed my ACL-locked knee brace. We started talking to them, and they said we should fight to switch doctors and a new PT place. After talking with Lauren, I knew I had to find a way to switch. I was a few weeks later I was able to do that and had my first appointment with Fyzical. Katelyn and Lauren are amazing and were super helpful. I was worried, but they got me back to surfing in a matter of a month. I am so thankful they are willing to listen to these patients and try different things that may not be the normal thing but they are willing to try other things. Christen and Bill rock!! The entire staff is pretty incredible... from the front desk (Tiffany, Brenda & Kristin) to every one of the PTs, PTAs, college students are always approachable, professional, knowledgeable!! Thank You Leigh, Randall, Reid (cool shoes), sweet Bryce, Parker, Jayna and Keagan). I'm always pushed and encouraged to go beyond my limits while they guide my therapy, allow questions re: my therapy and they offer alternatives and suggestions if I'm unsure or if something doesn't feel right. Christen, makes me "tap out" but I (who's a good hot mess) still love her cuz she's calm, knowledgeable, and she's pushed me when I've challenged her and she's recognized my physical ability or need to change my therapy plan... she explains the physiological effects and recognizes the interventions needed for my therapy outcomes!!! Since moving across the country to South Carolina I thought my days of PT were behind me. Well, that was short-lived as I tore a muscle in my knee and had to go to a different place that was not great. Then I dropped a heavy weight on my foot twice and was advised to go to PT. The doctor's office recommended that place that I had previously gone and I said not. So she recommended Cora I never had heard of this place but I was up for giving them a try. I was able to get in very quickly, the building was in a great location as well as very clean. I am not good with change and meeting new people but I was greeted by a sweet lady Austin, she was super nice and was able to figure out what to do with my foot. I have gone here for now two weeks and are getting it back to its normal function as surf season is coming around soon. Austin is really good and she already has my number on how I feel about PT what works with me and getting the hard things done. I did have one appointment and she was not in that morning I now double-check to make sure that she is there when I come in. I always leave with a smile and normally some laughter happens. If you have done PT then you know that PT stands for Paid torture. I am thankful that I have found a place that is helping me and also knows how to work well with me. FYI Austin is amazing but be warned that she does make you work hard and she sees it all nothing gets by her.

I had a work accident and needed to do some PT, not uncommon. Well after dealing with worker comp they told me that they had a place close to my home and in network with them. I was then connected with someone to get in contact with Drayer. They got my information and why I needed PT. I came in and got an evaluation done, I will say the lady at the fount was very nice and helped me with making a plan with what days and times would work. My PT was also very nice, however, I have done PT in other places before and the treatment that I had gotten before was beyond amazing. So I was very discouraged when I was just going in and being told to do lots of exercises and every other visit was an evaluation day. I could do all the exercises at home and no equipment was needed. I felt like I was not making much progress. I was able to switch Doctors and that also meant PT places. My new place understood where I was coming from and has been able to not only help me get back to surfing but also help heal my injury and not doing only the minimal but going the extra mile and seeing what the best treatment is that they have and how it can help me the best. I am aware that I have a history and have explained both good and challenging PT places but after knowing and seeing what PT can do and with the right team it can change your world for the better. I fought hard to make the change and my new place is the best thing for me and more healing.

My daughter was referred here because of her flat feet. Dr Lauren Grady was really nice and made it…read moresuper fun for my little girl as she was taking meticulous measurements of her range of motion and muscle strength. She clearly explained her findings and suggestions, giving my daughter a couple of exercises to work on each day. She printed the exercises out for us to take home, and we were able to make weekly physical therapy appointments easily. My wait was less than 5 minutes, and I saw a large exercise room with lots of fun toys where the kids have their therapy. My daughter enjoyed her physical therapist appointment. I had previously seen a sports medicine doctor who merely said nothing could be done for my daughter's condition. Having found this place, I was especially thankful and happy to have found Dr Grady and to know that my daughter is in her care.
