Chicken cashew bowl but with salmon instead - so good!! And filling
    Jorey C.

This reminds me of a sweet greens but I feel you get better bang for your buck here! There are salads/bowls you can choose from or you can make your own! All the bowls sounded so so good it was difficult choosing... but I landed on the chicken cashew crunch but subbed fish instead of chicken. Holy moly was this flavor explosion of yumminess. There was sweet and tang and crunch and chew. The cashews were a great touch to balance the softer rice and broccoli salad. The herbs and lime were refreshing and there was so much of the food! It was a fast order and they make it on the assembly line. We snagged seats outside. There is water and utensils you can grab. Super easy and efficient process, wish I could've tried all the bowls!

I've been to Sprouts a couple of times and usually enjoy it, but at this location, while the food itself was great, I really have to recommend it for the service. Normally when I ask get the chickpea bowl , I ask for extra peanut sauce instead of the Tahini, other Sprouts locations are never happy to accommodate, but here my request was happily accommodated and the staff came across as friendly . Food - 4/5 Consistently good taste and quality. Service - 5/5 Unfriendly and unaccommodating compared to other locations. Value for Money - 4/5 Fairly priced for the quality of food.

Aims type of chicken bowl with Asian flavors that is amazing

I wondered in looking for some veggies and asked the lady to give me the most popular salad. She made me some type of Asian chicken. Bowl, I can't remember the name. Watching her make it I was not excited. But then I tried it and 5/5 amazing flavor! Packed with spinach, pickles, yummy sauce. I wish I could have it again everyday!

Yes! Salads customized to order or pre-set types that you can order from the menu. Dublin has changed so much from when I first started visiting. So happy to see the fresh veggie choices and options! Farm to table and I think they grow their own lettuces. Wherever it came from the lettuce in particular had great full flavor. Loved our salads! Definitely will be back on future trips! Perfect for a day of shopping, to refuel with something healthy!

Once again Sprout n Co have delivered a pleasurable , delicious and fulfilling experience! I swear by Sprout n Co juices, like A LOT! They are extremely tasty and super nutritious. When I heard they were opening up on Dawson Street I was delighted, another fab healthy cafe to choose from in Dublin. As you walk in, you're greeted by the lovely staff but also the incredible and cool decor. They have an environmentally friendly theme going on and it works so well. They've definitely stuck to their ethos of only fresh ingredients too, as the smell alone would attract you in. My eyes were bigger than my head at this stage. I was intrigued. Anyways, as my Mom and I were there at 11ish we opted for breakfast tea, a SweetGreen Juice and two granola pots - all I can say is , I was left completely satisfied and in a really amazing mood up until 3pm when I got hungry again. The lunch menu begins at 11.30 and it looked so nutritious and colourful! From wraps, to soups and of course salads. But they also do smoothies , 3FE coffee and The NutShed cakes. When I was looking at the cakes and clean treats I was drooling- natt a good look! But anyways, the lads in Sprout n Co definitely have their business sussed and no doubt they will do amazing. I highly recommend heading to Dawson Street or if you just fancy one of their juices, they are stocked in Avoca, Nolans Clontarf and lots more!

Guacbowl with falafel and an almond milk drink (€14.95)

Thought this place was deadly for a quick healthy feelin' lunch. It's in the same style as a lot of other salad restaurants popping up in Dublin at the moment but it has a great high standard that's on par with the best. The food was very delish and moreish despite feeling good for you. The salad bowl I got was a build-it-yourself which is a restaurant feature I always love. Getting a seat here when it's busy can be a bit tricky and I thought the almond drink I had was overpriced for what it was; overall I'm a fan of the place!

Great spot for a healthy lunch! I've been a few times now and each visit had a queue out the door and very limited seating. Luckily, the queue moves quickly and if you are only looking for two seats you can usually find somewhere to sit. I've had the turkey, quinoa and butternut squash wrap as well as the gubeen chorizo bowl, and both were nice. Their juices are good but if you really want a treat I highly recommend the almond milk and the oasis smoothie. Will return!

I love this place! The location is ideal, really close to Grafton Street. The staff is nice and quite efficient even when it is packed. The only downside is that the room is small so sometimes you have to wait to get a table. The food is gorgeous. The proof that healthy does not mean tasteless and boring! I highly recommend the falafel salad. really filling and full of flavors. They have a range of healthy treats too. I tried the beetroot brownie that was surprisingly good.

I've been meaning to try Sprout out ever since it opened up on Dawson street, so I finally got the chance on a busy cold Saturday! It was quite packed around lunch time and the place is very small with not much seating so most people were getting take aways, but I managed to get a seat and ordered the falafel salad and a small soup, which was curried lentil. The salad was really nice, I loved it! They have so much variety and a create your own salad option, as well as protein bowls where you can add things like quinoa which is great! The portions were perfect and very filling too. I'd give 5 stars for the food alone as I think there's something for everyone and it caters well for vegetarians too. The staff were also very friendly and efficient despite the crowdedness. However, the aspects that I wasn't a fan of was plastic cutlery and the small size. Also they are closed on Sundays. The seating is also quite uncomfortable in that it's just stools which are relatively high for the table. I'd say Sprout is perfect for a healthy filling take away lunch as opposed to sitting in. The prices are also mostly under €10. I paid €6.50 for my salad and most are around €7.50, so it's expensive either which is always a plus! They also do 3Fe coffee and lots of healthy looking juices. Overall, healthy nutritious food at good prices. I highly recommend Sprout for anyone wanting to eat out healthy!

This place hits the spot if you're looking for something healthy yet filling. Get the falafel salad with hummus because it tastes sooo good together.

HEAVVVEEENNNNN!!! I was starving and walked past a few other heathy restaurants in order to get to Sprout, and man am I glad I did. The menu is incredible, as is the food. I got the #8, an asian themed bowl, and I'm not kidding when I say I wish I could eat it every single day. I am not from Dublin, but I wish I lived closer just so I could try everything on this menu. Can't recommend enough.

The portion sizes kind of seem small but that could be because my girlfriend and I split everything and it was basically a couple of bites from each other's dishes. We got the blueberry lemon pancakes, and a meat dish for the needed protein, so one savory and one sweet, the way breakfast is meant to be worshipped and devoured simultaneously. Beautiful, small place that gets packed very quickly. Interestingly enough I thought it was a French bistro, but I believe the owners hail from Ukraine as that is the country flag that was hung outside the shape if my world history learnings are correct. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a New York minute if I get the chance to visit Dublin again. As always people SYOY!!!

My husband didn't finish his fritters that have avocado on them bc he's not a fan of avocado. He forgot to ask that they be removed. His fault. Very nice young staff. I wish that we had discovered this restaurant sooner bc we would have eaten breakfast there again but we discovered it on our second to last day.

And I can't just come here and try one dish so of course I ordered far more than I can eat. Regrets? None. The Spice Bag was definitely delicious. The savory bites of crispy fries/chips and chunks of fried chicken tenders/chunks was a gut bomb bursting with that delectable asian flavor. I had to get the pickled cucumbers to help balance out the savory overload. Xian Famous Biang Biang noodles was my favorite though. So glad I ordered this dish! The hand-pulled noodles were pure perfection from the texture, thickness and flavor. The Chicken Satay was just ok. Good but outshined by the Biang Biang Noodles and Spice Bag. The lines can get pretty long here however, the service is fairly quick. The only issue most face is finding a seat in the small, cramped space. Most people take their items to-go or eat on the curb/street just outside. It was a cold day and I ordered too much food to stand around and also let my fries get cold. Fortunately, I was able to find a seat soon after I placed my order at the counter.

It took a little maneuvering to get through the crowd since everyone was loud and having a great time, but once we made it upstairs to the lounge area, it was much quieter and we were seated immediately. I'm usually not a fan of lamb because it can taste too gamey for me, but I had to try his stew and it was actually really tasty -- still had that lamb flavor, but not overpowering at all. My Stout House Beef Pie was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We also shared a side of onion rings and they were crispy to perfection. Menu has a good selection of Irish dishes from seafood chowder up to lamb stew and pies. We ordered the potato soup, seafood chowder, 'banjo' burger with onion rings. The soups arrived first and the seafood chowder was loaded with huge pieces of fish, potatoes (not many) with a creamy rich base. Flavor was incredible and in itself a full meal. Served in a large crock style bowl. The potato soup was minus any whole potatoes. It was a rich creamy base with plenty of flavor and very hearty. The burger was really a double cheeseburger with plenty of cheese, grilled onions, what appeared to be a mayonnaise based sauce on a soft hamburger roll. Really tall enough that it was tough getting your mouth around it. Very well seasoned burgers and the onions were a nice touch. The onion rings were huge and had a very light batter on them. They served in a metal bowl to keep them hot. For dessert the apple crumble was ordered which was served in a large dish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This could have been warmer but still was good.. The 5 star rating is for the chowder as it outshone the rest of the meal although the burger was definitely a close second. Definitely will return to try other dishes when we come back to the city.
