I've been trying to help out someone who is temporarily without shelter but hard worker. He got a new inner tube but they now come with a different air valve that wasn't fitting my old pump. He told me about this place so I took him up there and they took care of him and gave me an adapter that no charge. They treated this man as they would treat any respectful person and made him feel important. Thanks to Sprockets for getting my bike in and out the same day. Had a bad clacking sound coming from my bottom bracket and was thinking I would need a new bottom bracket. They took it in with other work they were doing and got it done in a couple hours. Best thing is all it needed was the bottom bracket area cleaned I guess some dirt got in when I was riding the other day in the rain. So a lot cheaper then I was expecting. read more

Matt quickly replaced a bottle holder placed on the frame by prior bike shop and put a new one on handlebar so that I would be able to get on , and stand off seat easily, which I could not do with the current bottle holder placement . Thanks Matthew we will be back . read more
