Out of town in California with work, returning in four days. Received a call today telling me my bike (2014 Specialized Stump jumper) is completely worthless and not worth repair. Tried to switch up the conversation to buy a bike they have and the gentleman couldn't stop telling me how bad my bike was. Then he calls back and leaves me a message that they're not a storage facility. I return home in four days, but now my wife has to go pick up my bike. I toll my bike to this shop for a tune up and to repair or replace the front derailleur. After picking up my bike and riding it, the front derailleur shifted worse the when I brought in. I called the shop and they told me this was the best they could do. I took my bike to Treasure Coast Cycle Werks, they did a great job fixing the issue at a price lower than Sprockets had charged. read more

Wow! Dave at Sprockets was a FIND!!!! We came in looking to outfit a bike so it would be safe and capable of transporting our 2 year old grandson. Dave did it ALL. He researched and ordered a child bicycle carrier, outfitted us with a helmet, a basket, a lock, and car carrier for the bike. He even installed the bike carrier on our car. In the process he gave informative lessons concerning child carriers, helmets, and demonstrated how to take care of the disc brake and how to oil the chain! Sprockets you ROCK!!!!!! read more

My husband and I, both seniors, were looking to purchase new bikes. We went to Sprockets to look at their Specialized bikes. They ( Lisa and Louie) were so considerate and helpful. Even though we live a long distance from their store, we decided to purchase our bikes from them. They assembled our bikes with all the accessories we had requested and delivered them to us. Then, because my husband has arthritis in his hand and was having problems shifting gears, they came back to our home, and replaced his shifting mechanism. How nice!!! Went in to check some bikes out. I was considering going from my road bike to a hybrid. Lisa and Louie are terrific and have a wealth of knowledge. Lisa probed to find out what I was looking for, what my needs were, etc. and I ended up walking out with a bike. Since then, I have been in for my bike check ups, answers to questions and bike wear and never leave empty handed. The entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. I love my bike! read more

We've used them before. Horrible experience and very rude not only to my wife but the customer there the same time. We had some upgrades being done on 3 older bikes. We got called they are were done but we got called unexpectedly so late getting to them upon return. My wife went to pick up as I was still gone and very very rude from female (owner?). Yelling they should have sold the bikes and then my wife had to make two one hour plus trips as all three bikes would not fit. No one would help my wife load the bikes and a fellow customer was upset no one helped her bring in bike either. Seemed very arrogant, mean and just unacceptable after we had explained the delay. No compassion and rude. We will not be back. I know repairs for older 5 bikes is not their big hitters but customer satisfaction is for all customers. I'm look for new and can't give a good rating on this bad experience. I hope they treat others with a dose of nice. POOR effort. read more

I began bicycling again. Had my own Mountain Bike and these guys helped me convert it to a sort of hybrid. Every person in this shop has helped me at some point. They have all been particularly helpful. I was having a knee problem from riding and got fitted by Louis. After the fitting, it was like I was riding a new bike made for me. After many miles of biking I brought it in for a tune up. It was so worth it....once again my bike is like new. They cleaned every inch of it! I strongly recommend Sprockets! read more
