I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Orlando Towing Group, LLC. While providing the…read moreservice I needed, they ended up damaging my vehicle in the process, specifically my rim. When the tow truck arrived, I expected the driver to handle my vehicle with care and expertise. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality. As they loaded my car onto the truck, they carelessly scraped my rim against the tow truck's equipment, causing noticeable damage. To make matters worse, Orlando Towing displayed a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. I was told (from the owner) to pay for the tow and the incident would get straightened the following day. The next day, I call and was told to come in (by an employee), only to show up to a junk yard with a vacant trailer. Not only did the owner go against his word, I had to wait an hour just for him to call me and try to send me to another location. I call back about an hour later (because he still has yet to show up) to let him know I was going to get a quote for the damage on my rim. He proceeded to yell and curse saying "I'm not paying for shit" and that I was threatening him. His dismissive attitude towards a customer's property and refusal to take responsibility for the mistake says everything about his character and the way he conducts business. My encounter with Orlando Towing Group, LLC was nothing short of a nightmare. From the negligent handling of my vehicle, resulting in a damaged rim, to their dismissive customer service and outright lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against using their towing services. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses by seeking a more competent and trustworthy alternative.

I tried the number they have on Google, which is different from the one they have on Yelp. I tried twice and it hung up on me immediately both times. This was Friday and now it is Monday. Still no reply from these guys. Only 2 reviews and I feel like they must be fake because surely someone would have called me by now or replied to my message. Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. It'll get you to the mechanic if the starter is your issue. Or get AAA Plus membership and it'll save ya money and the frustration of getting a tow company to pick up their phones.

Paul is a superhero living in Orlando....I know, odd thing to start a review with, but let me…read moreexplain. I recently moved and was using a 20' truck with a hydraulic lift gate. When I activated the gate to go down, it got wedged on my sloped driveway (see attached picture) and to make matters worst, the truck was parked in the middle of the street and I couldn't move it because some safety feature wouldn't engage in drive/reverse. I called Paul, explained my situation and he dropped everything and was onsite within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed a solution, was able to lift the back of truck up a few inches and get the liftgate to operate and fold back up. Within 15 min, Paul had me sorted out. So yes, Paul is a superhero because he saved me from the wrath of my neighborhood blocking the street, saved me a significant amount of $ towing a truck back to Melbourne, FL and not mention the amount of loss time. As a Breaking Bad pun "You Better Call Paul"

I will NEVER deal with these A-Holes again.

This light has never gone off on my car before and a month ago I go the oil pressure switch worked on in my car by a large retail company. I called the large retail company after my Supervisor, who knows a lot about cars, checks my Honda and he notes that my car has no oil in it. Nothing. Zip. Danger Will Robinson! It looks as if most of it has dripped out somewhere and some of it has also splashed across parts of my engine. So I call the large retail company to inform them that I cannot move my car due to there being no oil in the engine. They tell me a towing company will bring my car back to them free of charge, it'll be around 40 mins for them to get there. Soon after I get a call from the towers asking for the address and inquiring whether they'll have any issues since I was in an parking lot and they worried about the overhead. At almost 4pm, this huge Ram truck gets there, loads up my car and zip we are out of the parking lot without any problems. We missed the major traffic which was wonderful since it was two men and myself within this huge Ram truck. I sat in the middle and was comfy for the most part but one of my feet did fall asleep due to the position. The two gents (one of them was training) were super professional, we spoke about sharks, food and it made the under 20 minute drive go great. My car was unloaded at the retail store and they charged them since the problem was due to their workmanship if not it would've cost me $85. Now if my car had been towed due to my mistake in parking incorrectly I would be angry but since in this case they most likely saved my engine from seizing or damaging, I am a happy camper.
