We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole.
