She allowed old phone for rep to wipe out photos. She did initiate while in the store her uploading process. She has contacted support 2 times and return for rep to assist in recovery. Pissed that her phone photos were wiped out. Should not had been until all her photos were transferred. She has had multiple phones with this company and never experience a problem. You fully trust the rep and the end result is devastating. All her photos indicated save on her phone. Maybe should of had service in our prior state where there has never been a problem and people aren't asleep in their guarantees. So, either keep old phone, don't allow wipe out and initiate sign-in in store and not outside of store.

We have scheduled service twice, and the tech never showed up. When you try to reschedule, broken appointments go to the end of the schedule, not first for the next day so it may be four days before you can reschedule the appointment THEY broke. Does that seem right to you? We had a rescheduled appointment for today between 8:30 and 9:30. Guess what? At 9:30, the tech still wasn't here. We called, and he said he worked out of a nearby town-like that was an excuse. Did he not look at his schedule and know he needed to be here at a certain time? Can't cut the cable soon enough!

I had called ahead of time to get a price estimate & his price was easily the better choice compared to others in the area. Jameel (unsure on the spelling, sorry!) greeted me instantly upon entry and made me feel welcome , all while helping a customer already. I paid $80 for an aftermarket screen replacement and I've had no problems at all. My phone works just the same as it did, if not better before replacing the prior screen. He was also very knowledgeable about my iphone, he literally replaced my screen in under 10minutes, again, all while engaging and helping other customers as they came in as well! He accepts Apple Pay and will fix your damaged phone screen and let you pay after repair if needed, as this was my experience. I had a really great customer experience with Jameel and I most definitely will recommend and be using his services in the future!

I sat around for about a half hour and didn't think I'd have enough time to get everything I needed before having to go somewhere else. I planned for a long wait the second time. It took about 40 minutes, but it was worth the wait! My previous service (a nationwide carrier) was spotty at best in most of Oxford and didn't have 3G coverage here. My service with Cellular South has been great, both around town and when travelling. Because I had to wait and couldn't complete my order online for the no-activation-fee special (I'd moved recently and they needed extra info for the credit check), they agreed to waive the fee. Maybe it would be better to visit a different location if you can, but I'd recommend CS service-wise.
