I wish I give zero stars. The staff here is rude, and not very well trained. Management was just as bad. Totally shocked at their behavior and lack of knowledge. They work on commission, you would think they would have customer service skills, but none. read more

I was extremely pleased with the level of service, attention and attitude of the young man who helped my husband and me. His name was DJ. I only hope he or his management staff sees this review - he was patient, knowledgeable and SOLVED OUR PROBLEM! I will look for him next time I need to go in for service or consultation. THANKS, DJ!!! You did a a fabulous job today with two old people unable to navigate iPhone issues. GRIN read more

Is there 0 stars? We keep having problems with these folks! I've been loyal to AT&T since Cingular days. I know no other carrier. That's about to change. These people are a big part of the reason why. Oh, and I'm an AT&T shareholder too. I'm dumping that as well. They ran a promotion for a Samsung 7" tablet when you get a new phone. My son did that and got the tablet after asking my permission because they said they'd take it back if he decided he could live without it. The only fee appeared to be $0.99 and $10/month thereafter. My wife nixed the deal saying he didn't need it. To keep peace in the family, I told my son who took it back. That's when a salesperson (different than the original salesperson) said there'd be a $35 restocking fee. That's when I got the call. I chewed on the salesperson about how my son wasn't originally told about any restocking fee. Instead of taking some heat and then trying to work it out with a manager, he gave the phone back to my son. We kept the tablet for the time being. Two days later, I arrived in town and took the tablet in to return it. I was met by three salespeople, one of which was the second saleswimp that demanded the restocking fee. He quickly backed out of the scene as the other two worked with me. Come to find out, the restocking fee didn't apply (like the first salesperson had said). The second salesperson must have snoozed through that sales meeting, if they had one. NOW, with that problem cleared up, this crack team somehow failed to update AT&T that we returned the tablet, therefore there's a $40 activation fee (which NO ONE had told my son about). Now, we're going to have to wrestle with these people again to get that cleared up. I'd suggest avoiding buying ANYTHING at this location until they get their act together, but that may take a couple of years. read more

Went to the store this weekend because I've switched residences and want to switch my U-Verse Internet to my new house. I had spoken with someone at AT&T customer service over the phone, but they had said it would be over a week just to get someone to go out to my residence and essentially just turn on the service. I went to the AT&T store because I was confused as to why it would take them that long and was hoping someone local could help me sort this out. One representative was nice enough to try to go through options, while another one was very dismissive and said, "we can't do anything for you. You did it all online! You would have to cancel install with them." So, I said, "Okay, I'll cancel with them on my phone right now." Then, she starts talking about all these fees that would be tacked on if I decided to get the actual store to help me. Really shady, so I just said thanks but no thanks and finally chatted with a rep online who got me an earlier date. The other reps in the building were just sitting there talking amongst themselves about personal stuff and didn't really even acknowledge I was even there. I was disappointed in the lack of solution-oriented customer service, outside of the guy who I first spoke to. But you could tell the other rep was higher up than him so once she spoke about it, there's nothing he could do. My internet one-year term is up in July, so it looks like I'll be switching services. Maxxsouth isn't much better, but at least I can give them the benefit of the doubt on customer service and they also offer higher speeds than AT&T. read more

Awful experience! My wife and I went to claim the warranty of a case we bought less than a year ago. The guy who talked to us, John, was extremely rude to us after we asked if the screen cover could also be replaced. The screen cover can only be replaced by the manufacturer, not by the store... we got that, but there was no need to raise the voice and be rude. The case was supposed to be covered by AT&T, but they did not have any in the store and apparently is not made any more. Now we have to go back and ask the manager if the case is available at a different store. After getting yelled at, we accomplished nothing and walked out of the store with the same broken case and screen cover. read more
