First things first, I'm not an AT&T customer, but if I ever switch, I'm coming to this store…read more I stopped by here this weekend with my daughter to get some help with an Apple Watch and setting it up. She's an AT&T customer. The two guys there were extremely nice and professional, and were nice to my daughter too. Made me wish I got the watch from them and not at Target in Marsh Landing where they were immensely unfriendly. They took down my number and offered to call me when the updates finished installing. If you're in need of some tech help, looking to switch, or need to upgrade or get some accessories, swing by here.

I had gotten a notification that my account had changes and I knew it was either dad or my son (on the other side of the country). Due to the time of day- I was pretty sure it was dad. Well- he managed to lock me of my account. I had a pin (the same one for 12 years) that had been rendered useless. I couldn't get any help online and the website advised me to go to a local store with my id. I was more than slightly irritated. BUT- the man at the store was very helpful- he found that my pin was in fact deactivated and was done when dad left the plan, the other carrier basically screwed up my account- thanks Verizon. After confirming some details and coming up with a new pin, we were on our way. John suggested I pay my bill early- but there is a fee for in store payment and it's free online- so, I opted for free. I am grateful for the assist, I wish I could have taken care of it online though. *Not all stores are created equal- I have used this location in the past and I have gotten good service here.

I first contacted Mike via Yelp's quote message system to quote a screen repair on a cracked iPhone and he responded swiftly and beat all competitor's pricing within a 20 mile radius! I came in for a screen replacement on a Friday evening about 5pm (an hour before closing), and within 15 minutes from checking my phone in (no appointment either, walk-in), I was out with a new screen that was also warranted. I also was able to see my repair being done. Quality work and fast service at amazing prices! Thank you Mike. With only 3 days until Christmas I was stressing, hoping I could get this fixed before everything closed down. Well Lady luck was on my side, as it took 5 minutes for Domenic to tell me SIM card tray was banged up and needed to be replaced. Had one in stock and swapped that sucker out in all of 30 seconds, sending me on my way and charging just $10 for new tray-all while knowing I'd have paid more.
