The clerk, Christopher, was very rude. When he realized that I was not going to buy a new phone, he took out his personal phone, clicked on an incoming text message, clicked on link, and he began to online shopping. I could see the clothing item he was looking at on his screen. I asked him to stop using his personal phone as I had additional questions, and he told me to have a nice day. I am canceling my AT&T mobile service which I was going to switch to and I'm going to stay with my provider, T-Mobile who does not treat customers in this matter.

Knowing my daughter was a student and clearly was told she couldn't afford anything outside her budget, only wanted a basic plan with no extras. When she gets her first bill there are hidden charges such as Premium Protection plans and Next Up program charges. NEVER did she ask if my daughter even wanted those options they just showed up on the bill. SURPRISE!! Almost a $200 bill later for extras she never asked for or wanted. Will never go back there. Make sure you double check your bills people. They will add extras without even asking if you want them. Feel like they took advantage of her being a new customer.

Within just a few minutes, the store manager, Donnell, came out, and both he and Amayah started trying to fix the issue. A few minutes later, they realized they couldn't fix that router either. I wasn't sure what to expect next, but I definitely did not expect what happened. Donnell basically said, "We're going to take care of this." He took the router that was giving me trouble, swapped it out, and got me a brand-new router that was perfect. Within 35 minutes of walking into the store, I was walking back out. Fast-forward another 35 minutes or so, and I was home with everything set up and working perfectly. Customer service matters so much. I can only imagine how many frustrated, grumpy, overwhelmed people walk into that store every day. I always try to come in with a positive attitude no matter what, but I was still beyond pleasantly surprised. Amayah and Donnell absolutely went above and beyond, and in my opinion, delivered amazing customer service. Friendly. Fast. Problem solved ASAP. They definitely renewed my faith in the T-Mobile store.

I first contacted Mike via Yelp's quote message system to quote a screen repair on a cracked iPhone and he responded swiftly and beat all competitor's pricing within a 20 mile radius! I came in for a screen replacement on a Friday evening about 5pm (an hour before closing), and within 15 minutes from checking my phone in (no appointment either, walk-in), I was out with a new screen that was also warranted. I also was able to see my repair being done. Quality work and fast service at amazing prices! Thank you Mike.
